Glenn Beck: What if God made us from monkeys?
Were human beings created by God in an instant, or over millions of years through evolution?

Glenn Beck addressed the question on his radio show today as he came to the defense of Christine O'Donnell, the Republican U.S. Senate candidate from Delaware under fire for challenging evolution.

"Did evolution just stop?" Beck asked rhetorically. "I haven't seen the half-monkey/half-person yet. ... There's no other species that's developing into half-people."

"I don't know how God creates. I don't know how we got here," he continued, wondering what God might tell him after he dies. "If God's like, 'Yup, you were a monkey once,' I'll be shocked, but I'll be cool with it." ...

"any of a group of anthropoid primates characterized by long arms, a broad chest, and the absence of a tail, comprising the family Pongidae (great ape), which includes the chimpanzee, gorilla, and orangutan, and the family Hylobatidae (lesser ape), which includes the gibbon and siamang."
Does that sound like the Liberals?
I never realized the apes might be insulted. I should be more careful.

If Glenn Beck hears God say that, you can be sure that it is not the God of the Bible. And this is the man in whom many put their trust? The simplest saint knows the story of Adam and Eve, but Glenn...?
Glenn is confused. Only liberals have monkey ancestors. Just ask them.

If Creation is a foundational teaching that makes all men subject to and dependent on God as creatures. And if man's fall into sin made him dependent on the veracity of God's word Genesis 3:15 and a promised Redeemer. Then heresies that deny the biblical account of Creation supports humanism either directly or indirectly. Romans 1 warns of the consequences to a society when the creature is worshiped and served rather than the Creator. Then it would seem that each man and woman in their place, calling and station are accountable to God for the truth they have been given, and even more so when it is given and believed.

2. God created man in HIS OWN IMAGE.
Where does the animal kingdom come into this simple statement.
Evolution implies that death came before sin anyway, therefore clearly these folks cannot receive the truth.

Someone else who does not know/believe the Bible.

"Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."

1. God created.
2. God created man in HIS OWN IMAGE.

Just remember what the Mormons actually believe about creation. They believe that the God of "this earth" had sex in heaven and then his spirit babies are born into this world so that they can have the opportunity to themselves become a god. When he argues against false science (evolution) it is like the pot calling the kettle black. They don't buy into evolution, but they believe Jesus and the devil are spiritual brothers.
