Iowans Seek to Sack Three Judges who Legalized Gay “Marriage”
Marsha Ternus
Retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor on Wednesday waded into a unique state electoral battle, where conservatives are seeking to recall from the bench three state Supreme Court justices that legalized same-sex “marriage” in 2009.
Speaking at a panel organized by the Iowa State Bar Association in the Hotel Fort Des Moines, O'Connor asserted that “the judges should not be subject to retaliation" from voters for the decisions they render.
According to the AP, Chief Justice Marsha Ternus introduced O’Connor at the event, warning that "fair and independent courts" were at stake. However, Ternus is one of those, along with Justices David Baker and Michael Streit, whose terms on the high court will come to an end unless Iowans vote “yes” to retain them on November 2....
She sat on the Supreme Court too long. Many states while making it difficult to remove judges, still provide a means for the state citizens to remove high-handed and incompetent judges.
Of course The Bible Says Homosexuality is Sin, however even non-Christian citizens no doubt wonder how giving financial aid and the same recognition to unnatural relationships is going to benefit society? If these unbelieving citizens haven't been brainwashed by queer propaganda, will not want to justify unnatural homosexual marriages.
"warning that "fair and independent courts" were at stake"
What is "fair and independent" about rejecting the Law of God?
What is "fair and independent" about justifying that which is abnormal, perverted and depraved?
God's Law states
"13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." Lev 20.
