Over 1 Million March for Jesus in Brazil's Largest City
Over a million people took to the streets of São Paulo, Brazil, on Thursday for the 18th annual March for Jesus.

The event, held each year on the 60th day after Easter Sunday, drew believers from various denominations as well as hundreds of floats from different parts of the country.

For about 12 hours, participants of the march trekked across 2.5 miles with music blaring and hands lifted to the sky as part of an effort to reveal how the Church is not confined within the walls of buildings but alive and open to society. ...

In other words, another Mardi Gras. and no, evangelical Christianity hasn't grown by the amount stated, but unfortunately Pentecostalism, has, this why Catholics and they participated together in this pagan ceremony, The Charismatics' Role in Ecumenism.

What's Wrong with the Pentecostal Movement?, Does God Still Heal?, Are Experiences a Valid Source of Truth?, Does God Still Give Revelation Today?, it comes down to, Proper Biblical Interpretation.

They told me there were counterfeits to the Holy Spirit, so I stopped believing God could do miracles. They told me there were counterfeit social gospels, so I stopped worrying about the tyranny happening to my neighbor. They told me there were counterfeit meetings where the Catholic Pope was emulated, so I stopped going to public meetings expressing my love for Christ. They told me there were Catholics in the pro-life movement, so I stopped fighting for the lives of the unborn. They told me that all my translations of the bible were bad, while I wanted to share the gospel to a foreigner in another tongue, and they didn't know old English, so I stopped sharing the bible with my friends. They told me to conform to all authority of any man on a payroll, and the man told me it was wrong to bring the bible to a street corner, being offensive. They told me so many things, that I decided to stay home. And I read in the news today that one million people in Brazil walked together to express their love of Christ to the world. And I wonder what wise man is going to tell them to stop it and go home like me.
So who do you listen to? God or man?

I trust it's the former, or you're lost.

Also in the Bible you won't find gospel presentation using tracts, sandwich boards, bull-horns,computers, printed scripture, etc.
Ah but we have to use sanctified commonsense Mike, don't we? After all, the internet is not found in the Bible, but how else am I to showcase my original watercolour paintings to the occupiers of this planet?

Those who are acquainted with my own simple site may like to comment on this small online art gallery, which I am trying out for free; personally I think it a great improvement.

Don't you ever read your Bible John? If you do, you'll find NO ORGANISED MARCHES. And you won't find the apostles and believers getting together in large numbers for a "witness".
What you will find are small groups, sometimes only a few, who boldly proclaimed the gospel in the streets and markets with the following equipment:
1. Their tongue
2. The indwelling Holy Ghost
Modern man, and modern version ecumenists, do not think that is sufficient, which is why you see so many "crusades" and "heavy-metal gospel witness" and many more forms of entertaining the crowds.

I can not imagine that any Evangelical Protestant on here would have a problem with that march for Jesus that took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Afterall it was honoring Jesus and not the Virgin Mary and the Saints.
In that case your imagination is faulty, John Yurich, as here is one evangelical Christian who believes it is highly dishonouring to the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God!

I firmly recommend that you get a King James Bible and read all the New Testament, and then read it again, and then read it a third time along with the Old Testament. Then you will be ready to start studying it in more detail. Go for it John.
