Elton John headlines Rush limbaugh wedding
It's wedding bells for Rush Limbaugh – for the fourth time.

The conservative firebrand, 59, will exchange vows Saturday in Florida with Kathryn Rogers – a blond bombshell half his age – in a lavish Hawaiian-themed wedding bash headlined by none-other-than Sir Elton John.

It's an odd pairing considering El Rushbo's history of anti-gay commentary on his conservative radio show and the openly gay "Tiny Dancer" singer's longtime commitment to gay rights.

By now, Limbaugh surely knows plenty of homosexual conservatives and members of the Log Cabin Republicans whom he considers political allies (i.e. Dick Cheney's family members). He's not going to bash them and their lifestyle as long as their political head and heart are in the right place.

Nobody ever took R. Limbaugh seriously when he said he was an entertainer. Perhaps conservatives now will? There are a lot of Christians who are stupid in two ways, first they should do their own thinking (and I should add praying) for deciding on issues before having these talk show types tell what to think, and then realize after they made a very careful, thought out choice and vote, it's God who makes the final determination! The Believer and Politics.
It's good to know you do your own thinking, Jim. Maybe that's why you are critical of "talk show types," but not of the majority media who are the experts on telling you what to think. Maybe that's why you're still critical of "Bumbling Bush," but say little about Oligarch Obama.

Now be a good Party man and post Romans 13:1,2.

"the British superstar will pocket $1 million for playing the wedding reception at the posh "

I guess the million dollars will help poor Elton get over any difficulties he has about Rush's commentaries on sodomy.
It's a tough life.
