Judge intervenes in divided congregation's dispute
A judge has been been asked to settle a Pennsylvania church's dispute over the removal of two elders because one was allegedly quarrelsome and the other didn't speak in tongues.
Pastor Roy Aiken Jr. sued in January to enforce a November vote ousting the men from the Christian Fellowship Center of Greensburg's board of directors. Since then, the pastor and the ousted elders have formed separate boards vying for control of the church.

Obviously not a Bible believing church?
"1 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? 2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? 1Cor 6:
If this really were a Biblical-Christian church, then they would see the evil about taking members of the church before lost judges. 1Cor 6:1 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?1Cor 6:2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?1Cor 6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?1Cor 6:4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.1Cor 6:5 I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?1Cor 6:6 But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers. As soon as you start leaving the truth of God's Word (ie. still claiming sign gifts when God's Word is complete), a person and church will resort to being more and more like the world.
