But, I'll stick with the NASB, it *probably* can be *considered* the official Bible of Indian Hills Community Church.
They say that any man using different brackets at each end is evidencing instability, insanity, or is an enigmatic character who likes playing with words and url's.
The unsure statement about IHCC seems to indicate the former, although I wouldn't entirely rule out the last two.
Pope Paul III, you're just saying that because I don't use the [A]nglican [V]ersion which is also suppose to have the The Apocrypha just like the The Roman Catholic Bible.
You didn't say which RC Bible I'm suppose to use the one in English? (contemporary?}
How's this? American KJV 1 Corinthians 14 9So likewise you, except you utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for you shall speak into the air. 11Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be to him that speaks a barbarian, and he that speaks shall be a barbarian to me.
It's almost as good as the NASB for the above verses. But, I'll stick with the NASB, it probably can be considered the official Bible of Indian Hills Community Church.
Jim Lincoln wrote: T. Augustine, amen! Matthew 5 27 "You have heard that it was said, 'YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT ADULTERY'; 28 but I say to you, that everyone who looks on a woman to lust for her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. 29 "And if your right eye makes you stumble, tear it out, and throw it from you; for it is better for you that one of the parts of your body perish, than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.---NASB It appears that Tiger did more than just look?
James Linciln,
You post here every day as though you are the Pope. I am still healthy. Try using the RCC bible for your scriptures, our book of Mackabees is more accurate than the the NASB!
Matthew 5 27 "You have heard that it was said, 'YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT ADULTERY'; 28 but I say to you, that everyone who looks on a woman to lust for her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. 29 "And if your right eye makes you stumble, tear it out, and throw it from you; for it is better for you that one of the parts of your body perish, than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.---NASB
Ok, I don't follow sports much, but from what I heard there is something other than golf that Tiger Woods needs to consider giving up if he is going to be a better husband.
