Below is the list, in alphabetical order, of companies scoring a perfect 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign's 2010 Corporate Equality Index, with policies beneficial toward homosexuals:
Homosexuality is not only a sin - as God states that it is an abomination in His eyes. An abomination worthy of death.
What is emerging today is that people are proclaiming there sexual practices and where they differ from the norm - they are to be accepted as "equal"
The idea is ludicrous that we should advertise our sexual acts as part of social interaction with other people. Indeed advertise them when applying for work and positions in commmunity life.
Why would any normal group of people require this to be the status quo in society?
Clearly it is anti-God, anti-Christian and anti-Biblical.
THAT is precisely why it emerges in society.
Society is serving Satan and is proclaiming to be anti-God.
Sodom and Gomorah were wiped out for this abomination and western society is taking the same path to hell and destruction. Because they love darkness and are at enmity with God. Sin is not just nationalised today it is proclaimed.
Prov 29:16 When the wicked are multiplied, transgression increaseth: but the righteous shall see their fall.
That does seem to be the pattern. I no longer expect businesses to offer real opposition to such political intrusions.
Those who do are likely to suffer the same fate as Hugo Junkers & Ernst Heinkel, German industrialists who both opposed Nazi policies & lost control of their companies as a result. So much for National Socialism being a "conservative" (respecting property rights) ideology. I think the West has in principle embraced Fascism, albeit w/o the blatant anti-Semitism (which Italian Fascism lacked anyway, at first - Jews were tolerated under Mussolini until Hitler leaned on him). Yet the way things are going, that may change.

Thank you. Those are good references.
I generally agree that employers know far too much about their employees, though if I were to work for a Christian employer, I suppose I wouldn't mind so much. As it is, for now I work for one of the companies on this list.
It seems to me that these big companies have all been co-opted by the same means that the same people used to take over nearly all the colleges and universities. First, they protested to get media coverage; next, the colleges / companies permit a token representative of the aggrieved group into some position; then that person gets more on board with them; then they move up through the ranks till they get a toehold in the board room; then it's all over. Once a small percentage of the colleges / companies has been taken over, the rest fall through media pressure.
We're now at the stage where the 'minority' parties have become the majority in power, and the actual majority is being squeezed out by the less numerous but more powerful activists. Next comes the (actual, real, physical) persecution of those who disagree, I think.

I see a problem that is largely ignored by disputants over this issue: businesses are expected (or compelled) to be responsible for more than simply paying wages - collecting payroll taxes (with all its related bookkeeping), health care, life insurance, retirement, and such like. Thus they must get involved in the collateral issue of marriage & "significant others."
This paternalism is way out of bounds, Biblically speaking. My private life is not my employer's business - he doesn't need to know who my wife is or how many children I have in order for me to work for him.
And if he thinks someone's ugly or doesn't like effeminate personalities, he has the Biblical right not to hire them.
Problem? It's called S-I-N. A holy God condemns sodomy throughout the Bible. He will judge any nation (including America) that looks upon it as normal. These people want "special" treatment based only upon their perverted, ungodly lifestyles.
So...what's the problem here? Seems to me it's just a list of companies that treat homosexuals and transgendered people the same as heterosexual people.
