Eastern meditation tries to empty their brains of thought. Christian meditation is filling your head with the Word of God. Any one can empty their head of thoughts but only God's Children can fill their heads with His Word. You can be a empty-headed atheist or buddhist or you can fill your head with the wisdom of God.
