Canadian Believers In A God Down To 71 Percent
A new survey conducted by pollster Ipsos Reid showed a drop in the number of Canadian believers in God to 71 percent from 84 percent in 2000.

The results, which are yet to be officially released by the pollster, was reported by Canwest News Service, which together with Global National, commissioned the survey that covered 1,000 respondents.

The difference between male and female perception of a God was sharp since the percentage of men who believed dropped to 63 percent from 86 percent, while among women the decrease was just to 79 percent from 82 percent. By age group the largest declines were registered by middle-aged and senior Canadians. ...

It just means they have been letting too many Muslims into the country, they don't believe Jesus is savior, they think Satan is, since this is the personage that Muhammad worshiped. For this survey to be accurate they would have to had interviewed the same people they did in 2000.

I like this joke:

An atheist goes to Scotland and decides to swim across Loch Ness. Halfway across the lake, the Loch Ness Monster suddenly appears. The atheist panics and shouts, "Jesus, help me!" and the monster disappears. Then, from somewhere in the Scottish skies, a deep voice says, "You don't believe in me, but now you are asking for my help?"
The atheist looks up and says, "Well, ten seconds ago, I didn't believe in the Loch Ness Monster either!"

There are many variations of this joke out there, but so far I like all of them!

I don't know where they get their polls from, but I know nobody asked me or anyone I know. I am sure that the majority of people believe in God, even though they deny it. There is a saying concerning The Great Wars, "There are no unbeliever's in the trenches". Put an atheist is a situation like the trenches or something catastrophic, you just might find him calling out to God!

God has placed eternity in our hearts, it's something that just cannot be escaped. God bless and peace be with you!

So?

A survey by divine providence would probably find that the elect are only about three per cent of the population of any western country.
(Generous estimate)

"Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble."
James 2:19
