PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- Most states don't recognize gay marriage -- but now Hallmark does.
The nation's largest greeting card company is rolling out same-sex wedding cards -- featuring two tuxedos, overlapping hearts or intertwined flowers, with best wishes inside. "Two hearts. One promise," one says.
Hallmark added the cards after California joined Massachusetts as the only U.S. states with legal gay marriage. A handful of other states have recognized same-sex civil unions.
The language inside the cards is neutral, with no mention of wedding or marriage, making them also suitable for a commitment ceremony. Hallmark says the move is a response to consumer demand, not any political pressure....

I totally agree with this post. "God's wrath rest on the wicked." But, I would say that it is God's justice that sends people to hell, and not His hatred of them.
"God is love." Verses that describe His relationship to Esau as "have I hated," does not mean "hate" as we understand it.
I know this sounds simplistic, but I know the love that God has given me, many times even for those who have made themselves my enemy. This amazes me, and I know that God loves with Agape love - pure love - that He is love, and love and hate cannot co-exist.
So, because God is Holy, He cannot "hate" as we think of "hatred." It is His justice that requires penalty for sin unatoned for, and that is why unrepentant sinners go to hell.
Yes, Jim you are correct! The bible is clear that God's wrath is on the wicked - not their sin. God sends sinners to hell, not sin. Hate the sin love the sinner is another saying in modern antinomian evangelicalism.
Another one they sell is Harper Collins Study Bible, Revised Edition, Harold W. Attridge, ed. HarperSanFrancisco, 2006. walmart NRSV New Revised Standard Version Check out all the 'scholars' extolling this perversion.
For sodomites and their advocates,the most welcome feature of this new study Bible by the Society of Biblical Literature is Leander E. Keck’s note on Romans 1:26-27: that claims "Paul here condemns homosexual acts by heterosexual people (i.e. unnatural means “unnatural for them”) [John Boswell 1980];
other Sodomites claim " that he condemns pederasty (sexual activity between adult men and boys) [Robin Scroggs 1983]. "
This sodomite study bible makes other bizarre claims here about sodomites in the 'nature or nurture' area.
Showing the danger of allowing annotated bibles in the first place, as they open the door to strange commentary.
The impetus for the commission of the Authorised Bible was to publish a bible without notes, as the previous Geneva's notes detracted from an otherwise pretty good translation of holy writ.
Kenny, the false prophet is Tim Fleming and his prophecy is titled God's New Law. If you do a search on it you will find a free download of the prophecy. I read it about a year ago and it sickened me. It is put into a KJV. Target and Barnes and Noble sells it, too. Sorry, but I thought I had the heads up on this through SA! I thought you would already know about this. Didn't mean to be so vague in my post.

Good one, Dan. I don't think these cards will have scripture verses in them, though. But, then again, Wallmart sells a bible that has an extra book in it after Revelation that says Jesus forgives and loves the homosexual and they will be allowed entrance into God's Kingdom. Some guy wrote the "prphecy" when "Jesus" came to him.
Maybe Hallmark will produce cards that say Congrats for _______________ and fill in the blank from anything in this list: - being a committed fornicator - sleeping around without your spouse suspecting it - stealing all that money from your employer - getting drunk again - extorting successfully without landing in jail
Some of these things are mentioned in 1 Cor 6:9-10 along with "abusers of themselves with mankind" which is what these new Hallmark cards are about. I guess somewhere in the card they could say something about not inheriting the kingdom of God, too.
Why purchase expensive, prefab greeting cards with trite poetry when you can make your own, like folks used to do? This can be done with software as at certain websites, or you can get really fancy with origami or similar decorative paper.
