Rick Warren launches 'Purpose Driven' plan in Uganda
Megachurch pastor Rick Warren launched a national Purpose Driven Living programme in Uganda over the weekend aimed at helping the country’s leaders live purposeful lives that will build up their nation.
Churches, business and government leaders gathered Friday and Saturday to listen to the best-selling author of The Purpose Driven Life explain how to live a life of purpose and make a difference in the world.
"Our hope and prayer is that lives will be transformed and churches will be strengthened," Warren said in Uganda, according to the programme’s publicity team....
You gentlemen are so correct! The Gospel According to Hybels & Warren. Ricky, isn't even as good as the Salvation Army workers, who are willing to get their hands dirty.
Rick Warren one of the foremost false teachers of our time brings his false teaching to a country that desperately needs the Truth that needs Jesus Christ not the imitations of Him that men merchandise to make themselves rick and influential.
God's will CANNOT be formulated. He dispenses gifts as He pleases as His children realize His holiness, His majesty, His Love for His Son, and since He is infinite, His ways CANNOT be pinned down and laid out so that a believer follows a certain plan.
Faith would be pointless and unnecessary.
No one should be even attempting to direct another in the way of the Lord because Christ did not put any man--no matter how smart, rich, biblically versed, robed in righteousness, he is, He and only He remains a believer's guide via the Holy Spirit. This is why life seems, rather, IS, so contradictory.
Christianity is NOT conventional living in any way, shape, or form. That is why though many are called, few are chosen to be His true disciples. A true Christian's life is one long struggle after another.
