Churches, please take note! A side benefit to this new "web app" is for shut-ins and the elderly (at home or in nursing homes) who do not have access to a PC, but would find enormous blessing from being able to listen to sermons (or watch sermon videos) throughout the day, every day, in an easy-to-use "touch" interface!
An incredible new evangelistic tool! You can email sermons to friends and family as you normally do. But if they receive their email on the iPhone (or iPod Touch), they will be directed to the sermon in the iPhone Edition and may be much more willing to listen!

It is not in the App Store -- you simply need to go to "www.sermonaudio.com" in the browser iteself. And then be sure to create a bookmark shortcut on the iPod "desktop"..
Hi Daniel, I have christian radio around my home all day long and even up in my attic... want God's word and song to permeate my property and my presence.. sounds like you are doing the same. [AUTHOR]Daniel R Hanlon[/AUTHOR]Because I do not have wireless capabilities in cow town, I have figured out something for the country folk. I use my dial up and download sermons to my computer all night. Then let windows play them through my wireless headphones, it broadcasts it 4 acres all around my house, ALL DAY LONG. The one eyed television is dead in my heart and so is the world. King Jesus come quickly, forever you are and forever you will be and we with you ... [/QUOTE]
On Sermon Audio I usually have to download mp3 to computer then copy it over to my Ipod. Now if I could subscribe through ITunes to the sermons from the pastors I liked on Sermon Audio shortcut The sermons would automatically update whenever I hook up my Ipod to the computer and Itunes.
Thank you for all the sermons available and the hard work involved in setting it up and updating it. God bless you.
I contacted youe a year or two ago , and it did improve, but you have got it back again to the old routine, so that your weekly Newsletter, dated Oct. 2nd arrives on monday afternoon, 5th - too late to include any of your interesting tit-bits in a Sunday Service! and they are 'Old Hat' by the next weedend!!! And please tell me how anyone can endure a 35 min - or longer - sermon. My congregation would complain if I exceeded about 12 minutes!!!! Keep up the good work! TED
This web has been a great blessing for me by helping to get to know how pronounce biblical words because I'm spanish speaker and I usually translate spanish preaching into english. Thank you very much for your great work God bless you indeed
Definitly a nice step up for keeping in touch with broadcasters from far-afield. I am very glad it is standard enough to be compatabile with the Anroid browser.
I would be interested in seeing podcast feeds for your broadcasters show up in google-listen. This would make it even easier to keep up! Right now they do not show up searches at all.

As I was perusing some of the speakers and messages here, I came across a woman preacher here on Sermon Audio. I feel just awful that women preachers are permitted to post their messages on S.A. I believe the Bible is very, very clear about women not to have authority, etc. over men. They must remain silent in the local church. I just feel awful.
To be clear, we do not allow for women preachers/pastors on the site. Check our Articles of Faith if you wish.

This service is AWESOME. May God bless all who worked on the software. I really cannot recommend this enough. Thank you so much. I listen to about ten times as many sermons now! Love it!
Thank you so much for this website. I cannot tell you how much I have learnt and been blessed by it. To now see that you have developed this interface for the iPhone just makes me want to learn more and more and more and come closer to the Lord!! Thanks so much.
Thank you SO much for your great website! And now, you're " forcing me " to go out and buy an iPod Touch. Truly an amazing device, and leave it to you to take full advantage of it's capabilities! Thank you again for integrating your website and the iPod Phone & Touch. I'm off to Costco this afternoon to get one. God bless you for this much needed mininstry. Michael K.
The iPhone has boosted my spiritual life so much as a result of this program. I'm not going to sit here and rant and rave about it, because I think that would be insincere. Honestly, since having this capability on my phone, I have heard more sermons on my way to work and during my spare time than in the past year. This could work effectively in certain situations, for clips of inspiring quotes or snippets from sermons, but overall, is a great personal growth tool. I've committed to a sermon a day, I usually wake up early and see the sunrise, and listen to a sermon as the day begins. My life feels to be in spiritual sync because of this, and I think every christian should equip themselves with this tool. It's so easy and convenient. Anywhere, anytime, on the go. And being as active as I am, this helps so much.

Just point your BB browser at sermon audio and hit listen now - I do this with my BB and most sermons play fine. Watch you data though - I've got unlimited so I don't care but if you're on some kind of limited plan it might get costly... I'm on my BB right now as a matter of fact!
What an awesome tool for the iPhone for the 21st Century. The popularity not only in the USA but world wide on this amazing audio, visual and video tool is a great outreach to the Word of Christ.
