ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) — Evangelist Billy Graham underwent successful surgery Wednesday to update a shunt that controls excess fluid in his brain, and was expected to remain in the hospital for several days.
Graham was listed in fair condition at Asheville's Mission Hospitals after the 28-minute procedure. "He's on a soft diet tonight, will be on a regular diet tomorrow and should be up and walking around," said Larry Ross, Graham's spokesman.
The charismatic Southern Baptist minister has a variety of health concerns that have confined him largely to his mountainside home in the hamlet of Montreat for several years. Among the concerns was hydrocephalus, a buildup of fluid within the brain that can cause symptoms similar to Parkinson's disease....

I believe that Billy Graham Has brought the Gospel to more people than any other person on this planet. I am confused, however, when it seems to appear that so many many are in the Kingdom, regardless of their faith , solid doctrine., On the one hand , Billy Grham has, I believe, brought the gospel to many people, on the other hand, I feel he has some strong errors which need correcting, hopefully before he dies.Any other opinions?

What is with you anyway? Why are you criticising Graham? Graham is the best Baptist minister around. Graham preaches that the only way to get saved is by becoming Born Again by praying to Christ and asking Him to come into ones heart and cleanse one of all sins and become ones Savior. Over 25 years ago I learned by watching Graham Crusades on television that the only way to get saved is by praying to Christ and asking Him to come into ones heart and cleanse one of all sins and become ones Savior. It was not until 15 or 16 years later that I decided it was time that I pay attention to the prompting of the Holy Spirit to receive Christ as my Savior in November 1997 during an Altar Call at my brother's Non Denominational Church.
