Liam Neeson credits Paisley for his deciding to be an actor

Liam Neeson has revealed that Northern Ireland First Minister Ian Paisley influenced his decision to become an actor.
The star of Schindler's List and Michael Collins paid tribute to the Democratic Unionist leader and Stormont Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness as he attended a reception in New York in their honour.
"It's quite remarkable being here tonight," said the Ballymena-born actor.
"I used to creep into his church hall in Ballymena when I was about 13 or 14 just to hear him preach. He had a magnificent presence and it was incredible to watch this six foot plus man just Bible thumping away."...
Well done Laim, I am glad somone has notice his GREAT ACTING skills, for he has been doing it for many years now, the only difference now is, that he is singing from a ecumenical heart now.
I thought that Liam Neeson did an excellent portrayal of Rob-Roy !
As for Dr. Ian Paisley; he is NO PROFESSIONAL ACTOR: But An Heavenly Anointed Preacher of The Authorized Biblical-Literal Gospel of The Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth in Israel; who also happens to be Moderator of The Free Presbyterian Church in Belfast, Northern Ireland: As Well As First Minister of The Ulster (Northern Irish) Parliament & Assembly !
attending an overtly Roman catholic ceremony is not quite the same as going to Westminster Cathedral as First Minister Of Northern Ireland on Poppy Day / Rememberance Day / Veterans Days to pay respect to our ulster / British / Irish and Allied War Dead in the two Great Wars and other conflicts such as the Falklands and the Northern Ireland Troubles now is it? - As to co-government, it is a mandatory colalition of the 4 biggest parties in Northern Ireland - recent rsignations by Sinn Fein members, shooting of two Roman Catholic police officers and death threats to sinn Fein members for support the police and th district policing partnerships by dissident Republicans shows change
But that doesn't count Ehud - if it is politics then normal Christian ethics and morals do not apply (??????????). It really depends upon what hat you are wearing at the time which determines if your actions are legitimate or not (that is the line many are giving anyway, and I suppose any excuse is better than none). If it seems to be a breach of normal Christian standards of separation, then one's actions can always be excused under the "politics" category!! Be assured, if the Presbyterian Church in Ireland had a Moderator doing those things the Free P-ers would be protesting in public about it.
to Ian hall free pres minister- Ian Paisley sen(still moderator of f/ps) attended a very ecumenical meeting with his wife at westminster Muslim Hindu Roman Catholic Bhudist leaders were all in attendance.I am sure Mr Hall would like to address this issue with his usual un-biased vigor. Or is it the Green house syndrome.
Liam says this about having watched Ian preach: "It was acting but it was also great acting and stirring too."
It’s interesting that the definition of ‘hypocrite’ is ‘actor’ and I hope that’s not all that Mr. Paisley was doing in the pulpit but maybe that’s what Liam thinks.
