Among pint-sized cheerleaders, itty-bitty beauty queens, and in the malls of America, the sassy-sexy look isn't just for teens anymore.
Some say younger girls are going shorter and barer -- taking their cues from characters like the Cheetah Girls, the Pussycat Dolls and the Bratz dolls -- and some observers are saying they've had enough.
Celia Rivenbark, a mom who hit her breaking point with the shrinking fashions, wrote a book called, "Stop Dressing Your Six Year Old Like a Skank."
"The moms are buying it, the dads are buying and maybe on some level the parents think, 'Oh that's cute, that's harmless, that's innocent' -- but I don't think it is," Rivenbank said. "The children are wearing them down."...

Just two Sundays ago several of us were standing in our Bible Study Class after Morning Worship and a "woman" came in and dropped off something for the next Class Meeting --- I saw her and after she exited I said "Did you see that -- what that woman had on ???" -- a gentleman [*standing with his wife*] said "LOOKED LIKE A SLIP !!!" -- reiterating his position I replied "It looked like something that should be worn under something else -- I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE WORE THAT" --- it was a black **I guess what she classified as a miniskirt** WITH EMPHASIS ON "MINI" --- if she were to have occasion to bend forward for any reason her business would have been out --- MOST INAPPROPRIATE ***NOT JUST FOR CHURCH*** BUT ANYTIME OR ANYWHERE -- unless possibly she were to want to wear it at home for the entertainment of her husband alone !!!
I don't think these young girls or woman who dress this way are bad people --- JUST USING BAD "WORLDLY" JUDGEMENT ------- they don't have to dress opulently, but they SHOULD CONSIDER DRESSING MODESTLY !!!

I hate to say it, but I can't help but wonder if the Lord is going to use the religion of Islam to chastise us regarding the problem of immodesty, particularly in our nation's women and girls. If we will not be governed by the Word of God and its gentle yoke, we will be governed by our enemies and a harsh yoke. Lord, have mercy upon us.
