Invited to speak to that very question - "the role of Catholic faith in the work of a judge" - the famously opinionated justice rendered his decision just three minutes into his keynote lecture at Villanova Law School's annual Scarpa conference on law, politics and culture.

"I am hard-pressed to tell you of a single opinion of mine that would have come out differently if I were not Catholic."

Well naturally!

Since Popery is not true Church it is also, by the same token, NOT true faith.

Thus the secular decision will equate to the papists.

There is a Catholic way to look at vouchers!

"School Vouchers:
The Wrong Choice for Public Education"

http://www.adl.org/vouchers/print.asp

It is the wrong choice period.

and for that matter,"How tax breaks masquerade as school reform"

Unfortunately, I think many judges on the high court vote their religion.
