Monarch faith role 'should stay'
Prince Charles should not become defender of all faiths rather than just Christianity when he becomes King, the Archbishop of Canterbury has insisted.

Dr Rowan Williams also said his coronation should be a Christian rather than a multi-faith service.

In a wide-ranging interview with the Daily Telegraph he described Britain as a "broken society" and said urgent action was needed by the government.

He also called for the abortion law to be tightened in the UK.

Excellent Post, Jim Lincoln

You two from the Commonwealth have done an excellent job, a better than one who is from the "Colonies." I see another leader from the Church of England is having his say.

The Archbishop of York is right about Mugabe. The Archbishop of Canterbury is correct about Charles. "Prince Charles should not become defender of all faiths rather than just Christianity when he becomes King, the Archbishop of Canterbury has insisted."

Why thats just not fair!

Rowan Williams has rejected Bible law and precept, thereby rejecting God as author, and conducted ecumenical discussions with Muslims, Hindu's and even the papal antichrist.

And here he has the audacity to chastise poor old Charlie for his bewildering religious ignorance.
When in fact it's the Archbishop's own religion of Liberalism, which has planted this seed of confusion in the church and state in the first place.

If Charlie wants to be the head of the confused edifice which is now the Church of England, - whats the problem?
Can't a human be in charge of an entirely humanistic organisation today?

It is about time someone stood up against Prince Charles' attempt to take Christ out of the life of the UK.
