Pro-Gay Legislation Fuels Concerns Over England's Anti-Faith Trend
The Church of England has expressed fear over a newly proposed law that could allow homosexuals to sue the church if they felt discriminated against by religious authorities.

Under the proposal, a gay individual could sue the church if he heard a sermon that condemned homosexuality. The law is meant to protect homosexuals from hostile or humiliating “environments” as part of a revision of discrimination legislations.

“To deny Christians (and followers of other faiths which take a similar view) such a right (to preach on the sin of homosexuality) would amount to an unjustified interference with the right to manifest religious belief,” read a statement by the Church of England, according to the Telegraph.

The Church of England in its official statement to the government regarding the bill has said the proposed harassment laws are unnecessary. The Church also said that Christian schools and ...

God bless you for your comments; evidently all do not realize that Satan
is the god of this world.

You were not saying that God is losing;
you were saying just the opposite.

Thank you.

Are you suggesting Satan does NOT achieve anything in mankind?
Is he someone we need be not in the least worried about?

Luke 22:3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.
Is this verse not true Molly?

Luke 22:31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
Was Jesus lying here Molly?

Acts 5:3 "But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
Did Peter lie here too Molly?

Jesus words to Saul/Paul
Acts 26:18 "To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the *POWER OF SATAN* unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

As to "the end - of what"
What do you say Eschatology is all about? - Nothing? - Irrelevant?

Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the *END* is not yet.

You know one group that wanted laws like this is the Roman Catholic Church. There might be some hope for England, though not much because at least in Northern Ireland they did get the churches exempted from this type of law.

Oh, what a piece of legislation! It deserves to be mocked! Many Islamic mosques will resent it as part of their platform is to condemn this kind of immoral practice. So sensitive homos had better not go anywhere near an Islamic institution that is intolerant to them, they might just start a full scale war! Ha!

"Under the proposal, a gay individual could sue the church if he heard a sermon that condemned homosexuality"

In other words IF you preach Scripture truth - then you end up in court.

Considering the C of E turned this nation into Sodom and Gomorrah by their religion of Liberalism, They are to blame for the spiritual and moral demise of this corrupt nation, in the first place.

Satan appears to be winning.

Is it getting close to the end?
