Mother blames cannabis for suicide of promising violinist daughter
Laura Bower-McKnight turned into a recluse, unable to even go outside prior to her suicide
Talented, bubbly and pretty, Laura Bower-McKnight had it all to live for.
A gifted musician, the 22-year-old studied at the prestigious Royal Welsh College of Music and seemed destined for a career in the performing arts.
But her life once so full of promise was prematurely ended when she killed herself after cannabis turned her into a shambling wreck and left her a depressed recluse terrified of going outdoors.
She was found dead at her family's home last week after hanging herself from the end of her bed....
This speaks volumes unto what our evil western society does to it's children.
Recently we read of the murder of an eleven year old boy in Liverpool. He was shot in a nation which claims to have worked for decades to free our society entirely from guns.
Daily Abortion murders?
Sexual deviancy accepted? And taught in our schools whilst the Scripture's are seen as irrelevant and an affront to freedom.
More and more I observe the confirmation of the Calvinist teaching that the human condition is Totally Depraved.
What a great pity some in the church are blind to this Truth.
Prov 29:16 "When the wicked are multiplied, transgression increaseth: but the righteous shall see their fall."
Your Post "The thief (Satan) cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I (Christ) am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10
If we would only realize that God's commandements are all for our good and our protection. Sin will always lead to death and despair. I know, I have lived in sexual sin for many years of my life and though I have repented of them I still suffer terribly from their consequences." _______
Amen to your Post, Christian Raas.
I pray God's blessings on you and that you continue to grow knowledge, truth, and grace in Him.
