SERMONAUDIO TIP
Submit Your Podcast Feed to iTunes & Zune Step-By-Step
Attention all broadcasters,

As you may know, every broadcaster (ie: FULL Member) on SermonAudio is automatically podcasting their sermons when it is uploaded to the site. And you can subscribe to any podcast feed at any time. But to increase your exposure even more, we recommend submitting your podcast feed to the iTunes podcast directory and the Zune Marketplace.

The following screenshots will show you exactly how to do this, step-by-step:

Step 1:
Go to your homepage on SermonAudio. Click on the orange  XML|PODCAST  button, then RIGHT-CLICK on the XML link and select "Copy Shortcut" menu item.

Step 2:
Load up iTunes (free download at www.itunes.com) and go to the Podcast link. For the Zune load up the Zune software tool and go to the Marketplace | Podcast link.

Step 3:
For iTunes, click on the large Submit a Podcast button as shown. For the Zune, click on the suggest a podcast link as shown.

Step 4:
Paste the URL (press CTRL+V) into the space provided as shown. Please note that for iTunes, you may need to setup an Apple ID and Password in order to proceed with this step. For the Zune, please see the screenshot below.

That's it! Your SermonAudio podcast should be listed in the iTunes Directory or Zune Marketplace shortly. You can podcast sermons by speaker or topics as well. Learn more by clicking here..

This video tutorial is part of a growing number of screencasts. Let us know if it's been a help to you!

For those not able to download podcasts without a credit card, let me help. You have to set an Apple ID to download most things from iTunes. Usually, this requires a credit card. You can set up an apple id without one though. Here's how:

Enjoy!

I tried this, but they wouldn't let me proceed without registering and giving a credit card number.

I really want your podcast feed, but I NEVER buy podcasts or music, nor do I believe in the use of credit cards, so I don't every want them to have credit card info for any reason.

Since your podcast is FREE, why are they asking for credit card info and is there anyway around this?
