Arkansan among 3 gay rights group members arrested at BJU
GREENVILLE, S.C. An Arkansan was among three members of a gay rights group arrested when they tried to enter the campus of Bob Jones University at Greenville, South Carolina. The three were charged today with trespassing on the campus of the Christian fundamentalist college.

Members of Soulforce, a Lynchburg, Virginia-based organization, stood mostly silent outside the gates at the school. But when the three activists tried to walk on to campus, they were handcuffed. Curious students stood on a walkway and watched the arrests.

The gay rights activists wanted to enter the campus to speak with students and university officials about policies they say discriminate against homosexuals. ...

I really don't see the edification of having a "challenge" over debating which countries (or perhaps rather countries' churches) have apostasised the most from the greatest heights.

My comment below was ironic but gave allusion to one country who could be said to have had far greater gospel benefits. So you have been given an answer to do with as you will. There are other countries I can think of too.

btw, I agree with the thrust of your original point and mean no offence by my comment.

Challenge accepted, even when we limit it by your context to the last 30 years or so.

... now who are the people who are the leading influence behind this website?

Good points by KK below. I would challenge anyone to name ONE country whose citizens have had more access to the gospel message then America. We are teeming with Bibles, solid Christian books, ministries, tracts, and yes...even still a few decent churches. Don't misunderstand, we should make every effort to give homosexuals the gospel and pray for their repentance. However, there are only so many times we can repeat the same message. Sooner or later, the homosexual must decide. By the way, KUDOS to Bob Jones III for standing his ground! Amen!

Not Locked from USA ....... and ....... Jim Lincoln from Nebraska

You can bet they have HEARD And HEARD And HEARD "THE TRUTH" concerning their lifestyle CHOICE !!!

They are going to these Campuses with one thought in mind "CONFRONTATION" and "INDOCTRINATION"...

THE TRUTH BE TOLD, they (the students and faculty) did THE RIGHT THING --- they stayed on private property and were not drawn into a posible situation that could have been blown out of proportion...

To have played into the game members of Soulforce are attempting to play would have been a HUGE MISTAKE !!!

............................. Faithful Remnant --- SO TRUE Brother !!!

With Love *IN* Christ, KK

They live up to their name, that's for sure, with that tresspassing and literal forcing of their heresy on other souls, sending souls further from God. May they be granted mercy to repent and be forgiven of this very hopeless message.

The article doesn't say, but didn't any of this Christian University's "curious students" (or staff or faculty) step out beyond the campus gates to share the gospel with these lost souls?

"...members of Soulforce were willing to stand among people who hate them, just to bring a message of hope."

Sorry, but the homosexual message ISN'T a message of HOPE !!!

This statement is just another example of their lifestyle situation that offers nothing but unfavorable choices and it further exemplifies the confused state of mind that is the embodiment of their IDENTITY CRISIS !!! Their's is a TWISTED, WARPED and HOPELESS situation !!!

Those that have CHOSEN this demented lifestyle have abandoned All That Is VIRTUOUS and TRUE and they seek to have "Us" do the same... (???) --- Only a fool would buy into the VORACIOUS LIE that is theirs and theirs ALONE [*WITHOUT GOD*] !!!

............................. Merely calling a Spade, A SPADE !!!

If your children ask for food would you give them ROTTED meat ??? -- OR -- If your children ask for TRUTH would you dare feed them TOXIC LIES ???

........................................... Enough IS *ENOUGH* !!!

Have "We" as a people lost "Our" SENSE OF VIRTUE, **abandoning** TRUE HOPE, for a demented hope such as that which is QUOTED ABOVE ??? --- Let it NOT be so !!!

With Open Eyes And Love *IN* Christ, KK
