NI reaction to death of Queen Mother

The Queen Mother was tonight described as a ''great, noble person'' by the Reverend Ian Paisley.

The leader of Northern Ireland`s Democratic Unionist Party said: ``I am deeply saddened to learn of her death.

``She was not just a friend of Northern Ireland but a personal friend.

``Her death is all the more sorrowful coming so soon after the death of her daughter Princess Margaret. ...
