LONDON - London or Berlin could well become the next targets for terror attacks, President Bush's national security adviser Condoleezza Rice said in an interview coinciding with increased war plane traffic over Iraq.
"We now know what happens when evil people have the means to attack you and are determined to do it," she told the London Sunday Times newspaper.
"(The next target) wouldn't have to be New York or Washington -- it could indeed be London or Berlin."
Rice issued a warning against international indecision in dealing with Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.
