January 2006 | For nearly 40 years, the ministers and students of the FPC have been meeting for an annual week of prayer. For most of that period the gathering has taken place in Mourne FPC, Kilkeel, in January each year. Ministers who have the experience of attending many of these gatherings have no doubts that the seasons of prayer have been a mighty benefit to the whole denomination. The preaching is pointed and suited to those facing the trials of standing for Christ in an apostate age. The singing is soul-stirring and the seasons of prayer have brought us before the throne of God. Here are some pictures of the area and those in attendance in 2006.
