This requires prayer; impreccatory prayer after we pray that the the eyes of the persecutors be opened. Only God knows the future for these men. Two things could be prayed: that the saint being persecuted be strengthened in the inward man, and that this persecution is not in vain, like-minded people with minister to him. That God exalts him even above his immediate supervisor. Also, that his superior comes under the same situation of condemnation. To all, "As He was so are we in this world." In any event, may God be glorified.

Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting. Luke 18:29,30
One glance even most very stupid sheep would know Osteen was of the canine genus. No, it is not Joel that was the wolf in sheep's clothes. Did YOUR Pastor preach on Revelation 17? Rev 18 ? Of course not.. He kept the cattle sick, diseased and blind like Lord said they would do all over the scripture. Did you Pastor ever dare to tell you the Papacy was Antichrist.. ever preach a sermon on Vatican II ? Oh, but I expect your Pastor tells you all the time he believes the same doctrines as Spurgeon, Bunyon and Matthew Henry. John Gill? Tell him what THEY said about Antichrist and suddenly will come a lecture about the elders spiritual authority, hints about rebellion and how reading the Internet, classic Bible commentary, the Westminster Confession or systematic theologies may be too confusing and that is taking away from your ability to understand scripture and you must rely only upon your God appointed elder. He avoids to 1Co_2:13 . Anyway, Osteen. After Vatican II AC funneled $$ into all these mega churches and fake Bible versions the Antichrist consumed the nation. Protestant pulpits bought off became silent and Jesuits had free reign in government. Now we have wealth redistribution by way of tsunami of illegal alien invasion. Judgement is upon us because of the Pastors.
When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered ***all nations:*** and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. (Mat 25:31-33)
And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: (Mat 25:33-34)
The Lord Jesus Christ is calling all His people sheep from all the nations of the world, whether Jews or Gentiles.
JD “Sheep, You verse launched without telling us how they proved your point but there are no "children of God" from either the Jews or gentiles before the cross. Indeed there could not be because Jesus is declared to be the firstborn FROM THE DEAD.Ro 1:4,5”
Your comment “The gentiles were not included in the redemptive plan of God until after the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and much later even than the Jews.”
Whether or not there were “children of God” from either the Jews or Gentiles before the cross, (which there were) was not the subject of discussion. Your second comment above was the subject of discussion and it was answered by the Word of God. The verses I posted show clearly that the Gentiles were included in the redemptive plan of God as prophesied in the OT.
And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God. (Hos 2:23)
And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth. (Isa 49:6)
A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel. (Luk 2:32)
And again, Isaiah saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust. (Rom 15:12)
And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. (Gen 28:14)
JD “The gentiles were not included in the redemptive plan of God until after the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and much later even than the Jews.”
The Gentiles were included in the redemptive plan of God before the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ as shown in the prophecies of Hosea and Isaiah.
I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; (Isa 42:6)
Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God. (Hos 1:10)
Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles? As he saith also in Hosea, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved. And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God. (Rom 9:24-26)
JD "quote one verse that calls gentiles sheep, and, wahla, mission will be accomplished."
And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. (Joh 10:16)
And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: (Mat 25:32) And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. (Mat 25:33)
