I'm not so concered about their rhetoric, they have the perceived political collateral to try out persecution, its the churches turning left, avoiding the h@te speech. only so far before believers have to cut ties with any organized religions because they are protecting their organizations instead of preparing their people for persecution and teaching them how to be in the world but not of the world. praying for the remnant, there will be little representation for them. I often think of how many have gone before us that laid down their lives, and we just never heard of them, the little old lady who read the scriptures and hid in the forests during the Bolshevik revolution or the father somewhere in north korea that still has the bible hidden in the wall, the family that was left behind there and thinks no one remembers them... GOd is with them! Our Heavenly Father has last say and their accusations only prove who their father is! the father of deception and lies!

here's yet another example then I'll be off for awhile...

there's 4000 Cuban migrants. went to Nicaragua that rejected them, stuck in Panama that rejected them, now being dropped off in Mexico that rejected them and left to go across us border.

is mr flip off America vincente fox taking in these refugees?

NO!

what about nicarauga?

No

Panama?

No

But Americans are racist because they want control of their border?

Every other nation can take care of their own but if we do we are racist? how long do we allow PC controllers to guilt us?

Good day to all!

Russell Moore won't stand with Judge Roy Moore either.

trump is running a nationalist campaign. that is trying to help the nation instead of the advance of globalism, which is why he is under fire.

evangelicals are having to turn left and use h@te speech accusations along with the leftists causing violence on the streets. says a lot.

for all the gruff t takes from the media and the leftists, its all about the fact he means to deal with the trade deficit, borders, unvetted sharia immigration, the shut down of the coal industry (which is going to mean shut down of power, astronomical costs)

in other words, the agenda 21 that has been carried out through faux wores, housing bubble, trillions in bailouts, decline of Wahhabi-evangelical dollar is being challenged by millions of voters.

no, they already have a hold on the system, the churches, and they claim ownership, they will not loosen their grip.

its the job of Christians to repent of what they made of this country by supporting the movement through the bush era.....

otherwise they will be the persecutors of the brethren, and not too far from now.

because as far as I can see, Roy Moore was removed from his bench, other judges admit being banned for being conservative, while Moore above went against?

Brother Lurker, you've brought up an interesting question that I will add to my list of questions to be pondering as I read the scriptures. Glad to see you and Brother John UK discussing this. Faith is a great word, it really is, its a state of having love and trust for God, it is a great gift, yes, in that sense it is more than just a conduit but a condition of the heart and relationship with the living God. Am I hitting the nail on the head at all on this one?

you mean we shouldn't depopulate the world, move people to cities, consolidate land into hands of a few, create a world tax for nations wo dare heat and cool their homes, or for their very breath to go to a one world bank that dictates world religion (as to assimilate lifestyle with view of world)....... to save the teddy bears?

then....why.....are we doing it again?

word is out, scientists are coming out saying the numbers were cooked.

greed, greed, greed.

as much as I have had my concerns with this family, the fact that he is speaking truthfully on this topic INTERCEDING FOR THE INNOCENT, even to be called a h@ter, gains my defense. and this not empty words, there are now h@te speech laws to protect these unholy groups.

I'd like to share a quote from early Christians.....

Didache, early Christian, "It is by their conduct that the false prophet and the true prophet can be distinguished. Every prophet who teaches the truth but fails to practice what he preaches is a false prophet."

We must look both what is taught and the life lived.

people are too busy since ocare where they got fired from one decent paying job to working multiple jobs, here there and everywhere. a day of rest comes for societies that are agricultural, respect the Lord's Day and give people time off, in other words a free people. when a people become enslaved, they have to become more creative and flexible.

good points Mike, doctrine of lesser magistrates can be applied.

some of my thoughts.... pietism requires no public expression of faith, thereby only recognizing the non constitutional opinions of a rogue group in black robes. in other words, liberalism has wielded its ugly head through new means, in threads such as this where the covenants we participate in, such as helping a sodomite wedding have no spiritual consequence. in other words, it poses as "conservative" (you all aren't as holy as I am) but really is liberalism --- there is no "truth" here, there is no "theological" stand here, when there certainly is! marriage is a picture of the relationship between Christ and His Church which is made up of Jews and Gentiles.

this could be considered in its purest form paganism (temple prostitution) the worship of strange gods as Romans 1-2 shows they exchanged worship of living God with the things that were made, images, etc, which we can see from the abominable act itself that defaces human dignity...

some lessons on natural law might be helpful, there are pastors teaching on both natural law and doctrine of lesser magistrates. us constitution was founded on concepts of natural law, that is that adam was created by God.

Christ being the second Adam, the new Adam.

Such tyranny was only broken by the work of grace through the expansion of the Gospel beliefs.
really? they went back into RCC churches every week to talk about sin and didn't challenge the status quo? they didn't meet outside of the confines of the established church? -- bologna sandwiches! they not only met they drank beers in taverns talking of their plans!

there were people translating the scriptures illegally in hiding, transporting them by boat -- that is shipmen and businessmen who were willing to be involved or finance the moving of the scriptures as contraband, copiers with the printing presses or illuminators,, there were local pastors who taught without a license and congregations that met illegally and secretly met with fugitives! there were teachers in the universities challenging the status quo, bringing censorsed texts for the public eye. there were converted believers in political positions that made advances possible to get the Word in people's hands.

and in all this, there were theological discussions regarding the heresies as they did all these things above.

and here we have a generation that can meet LEGALLY without incorporating themselves to the public policy at hand but choose not to do so

Mmmm then we need look at this as a prelude to what may unfold when the mark of the beast becomes effectual.
"what might unfold" -- it is unfolding right now, what teachers bewitched us to not count the cost?

Connor, all good points, thank you.

BMcC, just more demoralizing of the brethren. the reformation was very political in nature. when public policy is to accept these things that are biblical abmominations, then there's no escaping it.... unless one escapes their moment of trial by berating the brethren. I'm sure there's always a few of those...... and yes, there was discussion on the economics which played a huge role in it, because the money was pouring out of the nations and they would lose their sovergty (same as today!), and involved many kings and political leaders over many generations.... in a pietist world view these things are separated, but my CHrist condemned the money changers and my Lord repeatedly condemned the users of the people through taking of land, impoverishing -- that is theology. I've seen this admonished throughout my bible. What is it, while Godly men step into the struggle for daily bread shall we have the peanut gallery in the background telling them to eat up the NWO they encounter everyday?

B. McCausland wrote:
As you point out the best weapon against social decay in the long term, is fighting the sin from within the church quarters.
if the reformers had this pietistic mentality, we would still be in the RCC!

they demanded church licensing and indulgances to pay the coffers. if the people read the bible for themselves, they would know that paying a priest will have no effect on the eternal destiny of a loved one.

as much as I believe repentance is essential, to wait for the church to be righteous before we deal with great evil is escapism.

by the way, it isn't the church creating these policies. It is fed policy. the problem with the churches is they incorporated themselves to public policy and are bound to follow it. the way to "deal with sin" in the church is for them to face the fact that they have spiritually wed themselves to the very ones setting the policy! --- beating ourselves over every other petty sin will not fix it. the idea of repentance is repenting of the thing that caused the problem in the first place. me thinks for many the self thrashing of the priests that would go on was an easier battle that facing the fact that they've wed themselves to the problem.

Dave wrote:
Just thinking, should we as Christians boycott all corporations that do or support ANY sin?
it would be best if Christians wanted to open the land up again for new communities to be built around bartering natural goods. as long as we push corporatism (money at all costs), they gain more power that the entire nation politically can garner, because they own everything, including paying for the elections and the computers that compute the elections and the media that communicate the storyline for everyone to eat up, including writing the bills that line their pockets with untold trillions.

the NWO as described in scripture is requirement to bow to the gods of the age as they centralize power, religion, economics, one must bow as a litmus test for all buying and selling.

so when a pastor corporatizes his church, he agrees to all public policy (including now gay marriage) - he is signing to the litmus test in order to move money for tithes to his salary, the building, etc.

in a healthy economy, the church would look like the proverbs 31 woman who uses the wool from the sheep, dyes it and makes cloth to sell, this implies a man tilling the land and animal husbandry, understanding of the life cycle. (regulations make this nearly imp

I'll take this article as encouragement. it appears that the God given conscience is at work among many. AND.... the Christian witness among the brethren can still be used as a means to bring others to Christ. it is quite difficult to live up to those high and lofty values without the power of the Holy Spirit and assurance of an eternal home.
