“ Great Sermon! ”
I found your message on Teenagers Leaving the Church very interesting and thought provoking. I am a mother of four adult children and I feel that all four of my children are a product of this problem in the church. I have been trouble for some time about their lack of desire for spiritual things. They made "professions" of faith but I see very little fruit or spiritual hunger. They are "good" kids but I long to see spiritual growth and evidence of spiritual life in them. My heart is heavy for our young people and I have to agree with the points that you made in your message. We need to see lives that are changed by the power of the Holy Spirit. We need to see repentence and changed lives. Thankyou for sharing. How I pray that we may get back to the basics rather than programs. |
