All opinions are acceptable, but some opinions are more acceptable than others. We allow all viewpoints to be freely expressed, but we will punish those who have unacceptable viewpoints.

Yeah doc, unfortunate things have been happening in my church as well, insomuch that my pastors decided it was needful to do a series on suffering. I’ll certainly pray for you, your family member, and your church.

I like what you said about someone having to write the tract, print the tract and distribute it (even if it means tossing it out of windows) to get the gospel out.

It reminds me of a sermon that I heard where the pastor pointed out that we all can find something to do, the guy in the sound booth makes sure the mics are set, he fixes any bugs that might be in the system, and because of him everything is ready to go and the sermon is recorded so that it can potentially reach hundreds or even thousands of people.

May God encourage us to further the gospel no matter what we are going through.

@Dr. Tim, good one. Although I think once we saw the Arthur show have a homosexual “marriage” and Cartoon Network (CN) celebrate gay pride month, something like this was sorta predictable.

It would be an interesting study to see what Network is the strongest advocate, what show is the strongest advocate, who the writers are for that show and what other shoes are they part of.

I think Steven Universe of CN was/is the strongest advocate of it.

But I recommend this:

I do think that we are talking past each other thus I'll just end it with an apology:

I re-read one of your comments namely the "why do any credit him (Calvin)" I must of read that incorrectly sorry about that please forgive me, I guess my brain wasn't working because when I read it I read "why do you credit him (Calvin)"

Take care and God bless.

4. I said that out of concern for the man, his position was/is cultish and logically challenged. I thought we were to warn others of false hope.

5. Okay, multiple people have pointed out HTBCC problems with his unique ALL CAPS style, and why don't you repost his eisegeses of Revelation because...that's where it's at if you want the context of my comment.

Ladybug, I try to be very careful on how I word things, I probably take more time than the average person to post something. I think this is why, perhaps, you think I "jumped" on you. You actually beat me to the punch before I could get a follow up comment and I didn't realize it until I had already posted my comment.

In writing these 6 comments it has taken me over an hour to read what you said, evaluate it and try to carefully respond to it.

But please do not take my comments out of their context to make me look bad, and please do not accuse me of enjoying to "pick fights"

Dear Ladybug, I'll provide context to each of those points you brought up:

1. Before I posted the first one, you had questioned if Dr. Tim was one of the elect, the question you asked was childish, you did not define "errors" thus you did not provide category distinctions....I'm sorry but that's childish, logic 101 says to define your terms and provide categories.

2. I had asked Watcher for exegesis that would prove the earth is flat and scientific evidence and he directed me to a 600+ pg. book...that's unreasonable. Although I did tell him I would try to read it and listen to Rob Skibo. I don't know why you didn't mention that part,

3. I don't know how I was picking a fight, I was encouraging people to follow the moderators past advice.

“As for Calvinism, I don't believe Calvin was any man to follow.”

I never mentioned Calvin.

“ He never wrote the doctrines of grace, so why do any credit him with such?”

I never gave him credit for it.

“There was much about Calvin that I disagree with. “

Again, I never brought him up.

“No, I am not a 'Calvinist', nor am I 'Reformed'.” What are you then?

And Ladybug, your posts seem... standoffish, you might want to tone it down a bit, because a lot of the statements you’ve made actually backfires on you.

@Dr. Tim, good to hear that God has blessed you with the opportunity to preach the gospel to 300 people, I pray that it would be fruitful.

@Ladybug, I’m curious, do you believe that Dr. Tim isn’t preaching the true gospel?

And are you implying that in order to preach the true gospel, you must be a Calvinist? Or to put the second question another way, if you are not a Calvinist can you preach the true Gospel?

I wonder how long polygamy, incest and beastiality will be advocated for in the US,

because aren’t we told that love is love?So people should be able love whomever and whatever you wish, and also recognize it as marriage.

If you, as a 20 year old fella want to marry a 13 year old, who’s to judge? Whether it’s a 13 year old dog or cat, or your brother or sister, or you want to marry all of them all (dog, cat, brother and sister) hey, love is love.

Ladybug said, “Does God leave His elect in error Connor? Can you show me where I find that in my bible?”

This is a childish question and poorly put, I forgot the name of the logical fallacy you committed by asking the question like that. I reckon that the criminal on the cross did not have all his t’s crossed, but he’s in Heaven. R.C. Sproul was a Presbyterian, and I believe he died in theological error and I can be assured that he’s in heaven along with Lutherans, Methodists, IFB, etc. It’s by the gospel that we are united, that’s why I can have fellowship with the above who affirm the gospel.

The elect are responsible before God for their proper understanding of scripture, tradition can blind us at times and we can unknowingly think our tradition is what scripture teaches.

Ladybug said, “May God free you from your Arminian stronghold Tim, if you belong to Him . . . He will.”

Uhhh...as a Calvinist, I have no idea why you would even say this, because a saved individual can die an Arminian and still be saved, a person can die OEC and still be saved, and they can actually have great insight in the scriptures...from what you’re saying (and others on here) some would think that Arminians cannot have great insight in scripture.

I believe Dr. Tim is a Christian who desires the truth of God, who loves the scriptures, and who is active in evangelism wanting all men to be saved and I believe I can actually learn stuff from him.

In the article it says, “Remember when [Twitter chief] Jack Dorsey told everyone (even Congress!) there is no political bias on his website?” said the Twitter news aggregator Twitchy.”

If Jack Dorsey lied before Congress...shouldn’t there be legal action taken? Because I thought lying before Congress brings...legal implications.
