We've turned a blind eye to every Christian adulterer through our silence on no-fault divorce: He can enjoy his quickie divorcie in the morning, and as the sun sets, find a notary to seal himself to his lovely little concubine moments before carrying her across the threshold of their honeymoon suite. Then, as they bask in the glow of their consummation, they thank Jesus that He's already made them whiter than snow. Homosexuals have been applauding this protected sanctimonious behavior -- and quietly licking their chops -- for decades. Our comeuppance for a generation of Christian complacency starts now. Russ wrote: Dwayne you make a good point. Who does decide? For some of you this would apparently not be an issue, but for them it was and is a matter of conscience before God. They were right and I think it is important that each of us be given the opportunity to exercise our consciences. By the way since when is homosexuality(an abomination) a protected class? We don't try to protect murderers, liars, adulterers, thieves, etc., so why make this sin a special protected class? |
