The reason why free willers don't get it is because they don't appreciate the sinfulness of sin.

The chief reason, why there is so much mistake on this subject, is the want of a clear and vivid impression of the nature of that which constitutes the moral inability of man, and of the infinite evil involved in it. Let the minds of men be opened to the hatefulness and malignity of sin, consisting in the wicked disposition of the heart, and they will perceive at once that the invincible strength and obstinacy of that disposition, which prevents sinners from repenting and urges them forward in their fatal career, is so far from affording any justification of their conduct, that it constitutes their guilt and stamps their characters as objects of unqualified abhorrence.

Clarification: hello. What the original debate stems from was wether or not a couple of posters were racist or not. I never said one word about Catholics . SermonAudio is for Christians I thought. I don't argue theology or what religion some one follows. I just thought it to be sad that we as Christians cannot get along and have disputes and insult one another. I do not agree with the catholic , Mormon , jw, Islam , new age " religions". I like preachers like David Wilkerson, Steve Gallagher , Paul washer, Charles finney, Steve hill, carter conlon, aw tozer, k p yohannan.. Ect ect. Revival style preachers.
Hello Mr b and thank you for your kind response.

Can you just clarify these questions:

1. Do you view Roman Catholics as fellow Christians? and,
2. Would you ever unite with the RCC against Islam? (Granting to SteveR for the sake of argument that this is the case, when I think RCC syncretism is already embracing Islam. IOW the RCC does not see Islam as a threat!).

Blessings to you.

Hey Mr b

SteveR, who of course can read your mind, wrote of you:

" Mr b's argument isnt whether Catholics are saved or not, his argument is why does this message board(or perhaps Christians in general) have an insatiable appetite to attack people who are professing Christians instead of uniting against the great forces of evil coming against Christians in 2013. (My reply was that you are the ignorant allies of evil that cant help themselves to which your responses validate).."

Can you please clarify whether his mind reading skills are real, or like everything else about him, fake? Thanks.

We watch heterosexuals Christians engage in strings of adulterous relationships but as long as they finally marry someone and repent, they're good to go with God. However, Christians with powerful same-sex attraction must stay celibate. If you're born with an opposite-sex attraction, you're blessed. If you're born with a same-sex attraction, you're accursed.
These evil sinners you describe here are NOT Christians.

Nobody (R) Nobody is born homosexual.
That is a choice made under and in the domination of sin. This is the natural state of mankind not after regeneration by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit does not dwell in an abomination.

But if you're married to your first same-sex spouse, you can't repent of homosexuality, stay married and still get to heaven. You have to break up even if you love the Lord, are 100% pro-life and have four or five children with your gay spouse
Lev 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Whereas Normal people...
Matt 19:8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.
9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery
