“ To Lisa ”
So sorry to hear of your plight. Will be remembering you in prayer, as I'm sure others who read your post will be also praying. The Judge of all the earth will do right.

Check the footnotes in your 'modern' versions.

Will also add our prayers for those small gatherings of God's elect.
Some awesome time of God's presence and sweet fellowship is to be found in such.
All praise and glory to The Lord God.
"But now, O Lord, thou art our Father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all
are the work of thine hand".
"Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto our God.."
Amen!

What needs to be repented of by Christians is their apathy.
Jesus warned of being lukewarm!

“ Great Sermon! ”
Loved the Sermon and so true. We are looking for another church because our church has become so worldly and big. lots of entertainment. country club atmosphere.

Greatly encouraged and strengthened by the Lord after hearing this message. May the Lord continue to bless Pastor Fortner as he continues to preach God's Word in truth and in power by the Holy Spirit.

“ Good Exhortation! ”
Thank you for this much needed message! May the true Church of Jesus Christ ..."earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered to the saints." (Jude 1:3)

This Christmas we were alone, just each other and a very quite house. The others had other places to go and our celebration will be Sunday. We had agreed not to get each other gifts but on Christian Day I had a gift under the tree. A beautiful card that said;
For My Wife...all I want for Christmas is what God put right here in my arms when He gave me you to love. He also had gotten me a bottle of perfume and mentioned how he had smelled so many scents and finally noticed a line of men at one counter and so he found mine there. I gave him my gift of money in a card because that's what he always wants. You know, I couldn't have asked for a more blessed day than I had this Christmas!!
Hi Dolores,
Noticed your post concerning perfume that you received.
May I ask what the name was?
I am a perfume nut and am always on the lookout for a new one to try.
Thanks.

Colossians 2:8
Beware, lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

A lot of catholics, when asked, would say that they are "born again"...but they are just referencing their confirmation. They often speak "christianese" but most of the same phrases are 180 degrees in meaning from that which is Biblical.
A one time, complete offering is totally incompatible with the whole concept of mass-which is a re-offering up of christ. It's indisputable; can't be the same jesus.
...and one cannot possibly worship Christ before they are saved. One may go through the motions but we are all children of perdition and blind/deceived until we are born again.
I would be curious as to when you think that you were saved. Even the demons tremble...

Well that's strange...Almighty God told Jeremiah the prophet that before He formed him in the belly He knew him!
Silly woman...let's hope the Lord sends someone to declare the gospel and that He would open her heart to receive it.

The remarks to John Yurich from Thomas D
are totally rude and do not belong on a Christian forum.
