I agree, with prior comment, and that being true the legalistic and our own flesh cause us much fear and trouble. Therefore, to hear as Rick mentioned faithful men preach free and sovereign Grace of God is a comforting thing and with Grace's blessing a Word to help grow His believer's in His Wonderful Grace in the Face of Jesus Christ our Lord.

I believe the whole sermon is edifying to the believer, one item I hope and believe the Lord God made a comfort and a help is Pastor's James reference to fear and that (I'll try and quote correctly,please listen to the sermon and make sure) "Be careful with self confidence, self confidence will manifest itself in fear, by us applying to the flesh for help" This helped me with fear and reminding me to hope that God would enable me to only Look to Him for ALL things both spiritual and natural here on earth. I hope my comment will encourage someone to listen especially if your having trouble with fear. |
