When I joined the RC church I hadn't heard of Biblical inerrancy. I went with my Catholic husband, and I was desperate to please my snobbish elitist pillar of the community mother in law - devoted to Mary. I can not express to you the horror of those years and the awful demonic things I witnessed. The Catholic Church is not what it seems to those on the outside. Read where Ezekial is shown behind the ritual of the temple for understanding. I discovered the problems I was having in my parish were due to the fact I actually believed the bits of the Bible I had heard as a child. They didn't listen to the priests or the nuns as people suppose. They have their own private religion like everyone else. Thats why they never talk about their faith with one another. The RC church is not One as it projects. You can see this by going to Mass in South America and then in Africa and Rome or Australia. They differ from neighbourhood to neighbourhood. But I have seen that in the same way Catholic people all give attention to the sacraments, Protestants all have the Bible, but few believe either the lie or the truth. Catholic has the empty ark of sacrament, Protestant the empty ark of a book, neither can dispense with their gods. I consider myself evidence of the strength of the Word to save
