“ an unpopular question ”
...just wondering how Christian men can even watch the NFL knowing that they will be viewing countless images which they shouldn't be.I realize that it's possible to encounter less than modest images in the real world but I have a hard time swallowing the excuse that Christians "navigate" the programs. Let's face it, the difference between the television and the real world is that such images are guaranteed to be viewed while watching a program (even momentarily) while they aren't,normally, in the real world..and when such images are, they aren't nearly as "glamorous". I think that watching the television may just give the men an excuse to view immodest images without the guilt..and Christian women watching "Dancing With The Stars" (a program with naked women jiggling around)-not very Christ honoring..sad commentary on where we're at...
