Firstly, the article makes clear why the CoE is doing this, so JY's first sentence is dumb in the extreme.
Also the CoE as a whole is apostate. It is now a 'religion' loosely based on the Bible. But with JY's nonsensical insistence that any 'church' that pays lip service to worshipping Christ must be a true church, he comes up with the ludicrous idea that unchurched parents and godparents should attend the CoE.
