Great Sermon! I really appreciated this. Its really easy sometimes to forget the huge gaping differences between Protestantism and Catholicism for the sake of unity....which isn't a goal we should aspire to if it means joining arms with what's essentially a false gospel.
Great Sermon! I praise God for the wisdom that he has placed in pastor Tim. His method of delivering the Word of God is so simple yet so striking to the spirit and soul. God bless you Pastor Tim keep up the good work!
Great Sermon! I listened to this sermon last night. It was fascinating. I wish I could have had this as a reference way back when the DV Code craze was running amok. I would be interested to hear his thoughts on any of the newer crazes going around.
Additional Resource In relation to this, "Back to Eden" is a wonderful documentary about sustainable gardening. You can watch it online at http://backtoedenfilm.com/
The lesser of two evils is still evil. So many of our so called Evangelical leaders continue to take their followers down the road of compromise and cowardice. But there is an awakening among a remnant of saints who are tired of wallowing with the pigs. We are cleansing ourselves of the filthy mire. We will no longer compromise biblical convictions, for the sake of false unity. Can two walk together unless they agree? Certainly not.
Jesus is very clear in John chapter 10, that His sheep hear his voice and a stranger they will not follow.
Voting for either Democratic presidential candidate, is anathema to a Holy God. Both Hillary and Obama believe it's fine and dandy to kill unborn children until the moment of birth. Obama even voted against the Infant Born Alive Act, which protects children that live after an attempted abortion. How radical is that. In regards to Hillary, she told a minister's wife in 1993, " It is God's law to kill babies" ( March 1993 edition of Life Advocate Magazine).
But then again, since our nation is filled with lawbreakers, maybe Obama or Hillary will be our chastisement for turning our backs on the Lord?
There is a new move in this nation, to revert back to the "old paths" of historic Christian doctrine.Upon the founding of our nation, the majority of Christians were Calvinists. The free will doctrine that has been taught over the last 100 plus years has produced millions of unconverted church members. Although some Calvanists have been dry and lacking evangelistic zeal, there is a new move of God afoot, where one can be both evangelistic and hold to the doctrine of election.
Hope for the Laodicean Church Pastor Washer's passion for the truth of God's Word, has given me a renewed hope, that there are still men of God who have not bowed their knee to Baal. In the midst of the Laodicean Church, Pastor Washer cries aloud, to awaken those who name the name of Christ. Awake O' sleeping giant return to your King.
Great Sermon! Pastor Washer speaks as one crying in the wilderness. O how our nation needs more men of God like him, who will unashamedly speak the truth of God's Word. May the Lord continue to use him, by His spirit, to awake the sleeping giant, the American church.
me and one of my friends used to cut and it wasnt for attention there are many reasons that people choose to do such things and ppl shouldnt autamatically point fingers and say that it is all just for attention.
