Something to consider.
Is hyper-sensitivity a fruit of the Spirit?
If not, from whence does it come?
And if it comes from our old nature, isn't it something that the stripes of Jesus can heal if we look to Him and ask?
I feel sorry for Chris. He ran into a ticking time bomb and has stumbled in His walk with Christ. This shouldn't happen in a community of God fearing believers. Something is wrong.
Something is wrong when a community of God fearing believers start talking like racists and ignore people who have been/are being affected by it.

The crimes of the slave traders were OK because God took Israel into Egypt for 400 years. Ditto the Holocaust.

What kind of perverted logic makes you people think like this and think it is all OK?

Give yourselves a pat on the back for your spiritual superiority and slam every person who calls into question your logic for being hyper sensitive, the new big sin in this forum!

"Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and ***weep with them that weep***. Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits."

You are all very good at being condescending, but is it the sort commanded?
