Another Jim Bakker in the works: starts out with the best of intentions, and then the money starts rolling in hand over fist. Why do these guys keep crawling out of the woodwork in the name of Christianity. Didn't Dollar ever see the conversation between Jesus and the rich young ruler. Guess not. I blame the people that give him the money: they like to hear teachers that "appease their itching ears." Money is not evil, but the love of it is. The human heart is full of [greed]: that's what Jesus said. Dollar will fall into the same trap that they all fall into, if he hasn't already. He says himself in his article that "even though is life is excessive doesn't mean it is wrong." That's equivocation. Dollar has forgotten who he is representing: Teachers who lead people wrong in the name of the gospel, Jesus says that "a millstone should be fastened around his neck to be plunged in the depths of the ocean." Sounds like profiteering, the same kind of profiteering that was going on when Jesus threw them all out of the temple in John 2. It's just disgusting and pathetic.
