The Obama Admin are riding roughshod over peoples genuine concerns on this. If it was just individuals which were complaining then the admin might have a case. But with states and organisations as well as individuals and technical expertise coming forward then Obama Admin should give way and look again.
It will be interesting to see what the response to the court ruling will be.
