“ Powerful! ”
A clear call to the believer to be different than the worldlings that live around him. Convicting and convincing!

Sermon:
An Awful Premonition
C. H. Spurgeon

“ Sobering! ”
In the course of this message, C.H. Spurgeon speaks of being in a terror due to the subject he must preach. While listening to this message, and its vivid portrait of what it will mean for the ungodly to "taste of death", I could readily feel the terror he spoke of. A wake-up call to the lost!

Wine and the Bible

“ A Rich Blessing! ”
This message by Pastor Barkman is a blessing to listen to. As a fellow pastor, I can just imagine the wrestling in his soul as he was preparing to preach this sermon. Pastor Barkman was very gracious throughtout his treatment of the use of alcohol by the believer. His argument is convincing, loving, Biblical, and clear. You'll have a hard time using the Scripture to refute what he says. Listen to the entire message! You'll be glad you did.

Sermon:
Plain reasons for using the KJV Today
Rev David Silversides
5
comments
“ Blessing! ”
This message is a tremendous blessing to me. Rev. Silversides gives well-reasoned and convincing arguments for only using the Authorized Version for preaching and study. After hearing so many of the typical KJV-only preachers with their weak arguments (aka "verbal assaults")for only using the AV, this was a refreshing change. This message brought out aspects of Biblical translation work that I'd never heard presented. As one who uses the AV for preaching, but was desirous to change to a modern translation, the Lord in His providence allowed me to hear this message. After doing much study regarding the textual debate I've come to realize that the Authorized Version is really the only reliable version that can be used today.

“ Wonderful! ”
This message was, simply put, a blessing. It's great to be reminded of how simple the Scripture really is.

“ Great Sermon! ”
Every person who thinks the church of Rome is a Christian church needs to listen to this message. The greatest problem the true Church of the Living God has is from those who want to cover over the heresy and damnable doctrines of Rome and say the Romish church is one of us.

The article has a mistake in it. Dr. Kennedy did not suffer a heart attack. His daughter corrected this in the following statement:

"They were able to interrogate my dad's pacemaker which showed he went into a heart rhythm called "v-tach", which stands for ventricular tachycardia. This rhythm will not sustain life. It's like his heart stopped. When this occurred, his brain was without a good supply of oxygen for approximately six to eight minutes which caused permanent damage. People have said he had a heart attack, that he's had a stroke, and some have even said he has Alzheimer's disease. None of that is true and the cognitive difficulties that he has are as a result of his brain being without oxygen."

(Here's the full letter from her):

Sermon:
Gethsemane's Amazing King-Lamb
Dr. Joel Beeke
2
comments
“ Glorious Message! ”
Dr. Beeke presents Christ as our King-Lamb in a truly God-honoring way. This is a message for professors who claim salvation, but have no sign of salvation. To the lost, Dr. Beeke gently pleads with them to turn to Christ and live. To the regenerate, Dr. Beeke clearly expounds the beauty of our lovely Lord Jesus Christ.

“ Fantastic Message! ”
Dr. Masters does a thorough job in this message on Biblical worship. He deals with the subject of music (which tends to be a bane to most pastors trying to remain conservative and Biblical in church music) from the Psalms, which are often used by New Evangelicals and CCM promoters to "justify" their views. Dr. Masters clearly debunks the use of the Psalms to promote the "any instrument and style goes" viewpoint. I would highly recommend pastors to listen to this message and encourage their congregations to listen.

“ What a Blessing! ”
This is a wonderful sermon about the intimacy of our Savior to those He ministered to during His earthly ministry. Dr. Wisdom uses meaningful application to show the Lord's ministry to us today as our High Priest that is touched by our infirmities. Praise God!

Campbellites or Church of Christ
Dr. John Douglas

“ Great Sermon! ”
I can attest to the truth of what Dr. Douglas says in this message as I was in this cult for 19 years before I heard the true Gospel for the first time. This is no "Church of Christ." It's another one of Satan's tools to deceive the masses. Thank you, Dr. Douglas, for preaching this message.
