I notice he said "some people' believe and then stated "I" believe. What ever happened to what "God believes"? Another caes of man being full of himself and disregarding the Lord's Word.
The church is just a building - this is true. Others will point out that the military and other secular organizations share space - this is also true. The problem here is that the space is not secular but belongs to believers of Jesus Christ. As I see it, worship of a false god is evil. God says it is evil. Do not aid or abet the practice of evil. I am not saying the people are evil but their worship of a false god is evil. That is what is going on here. It is nice to be nice but do not help them paint their totem poles. Amen.
The government has no role in helping the poor. The government is for ALL the people on an EQUAL basis. If the government would continue on this path (which it is), we would be breeding those who come to depend on the government rather than do their share.
