Gentiles are grafted in through faith, through the Christ's work on the cross.
You may not understand this, but you are a child of Abraham, (if you are Christ's) and so is any natural born Muslem who leaves his religion of works to convert to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
However, any Jew that dies today without converting to Christ will not be saved from Judgment Day.
So we all stand equally guilty before God, and it is only through redemption that any can stand as a child of Abraham.
If you were really concerned about any racial or religious group, it would be that in their wars to prove that God is on their side, that many will perish without ever hearing of the true Messiah for Jew and Gentile.
