Practice, Practice, Practice This sermon was right on! Too often we want to skip over the biblical truth of "living out" the scripture and just get to the promises. In order to experience true peace we must learn to give our hearts, minds and wills to God.
Awe Inspiring! This sermon was an "exclamation point" for me personally. It's one thing to recognize that God is available to the Christian through prayer any time and anywhere about anything. It's incredible to realize that I (an audience of one) have the privilege of intimacy with The Father through prayer, with no limitations, no degree of importance, no special verbiage. Now to put it into practice.....
Ouch and forward march Time to get motivated daily and stop being complacent. Salvation is for the here and now and not just the hereafter. Live like your saved and don't blend in with the crowd. It's interesting how we tend to justify sin when it's comfortable. We need to change our perspective. Is giving in to this temptation worth dismissing God's glory in our life? Lord, help us take the time to do battle by pondering your Word and not be damaging to your character by being self-indulgent.
Highly Recommended! Know, this, My Beloved Brothers & The Biblical Antidote to Anger are a must listen and study recommendation for all Christians interested in growing spiritually and physically for the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Very enlightening and instructive.
Extremely convicting You can't listen to this one without being convicted of the darkness of our human hearts.
Lord God Almighty keep us humble for your glory.
Great Sermon! Many people were touched by this sermon. There was much conversation about how they were affected afterwards. Several people said it was exactly what they needed to hear. To God be the glory!
Excellent Sermon! As Christaians, we need to hear this message of God's absolute sovereignty. You are right in that it is truly the bedrock for our beliefs. God is ultimately in control of every aspect of my life.
Thank you Pastor, thank you for this message. I needed to hear it today because I am going through a valley. The message was a help and blessing to me.
Enlightening This sermon brings the parables in Luke 15 in a fresh new perspective for those of us that think we've heard it before and know all about it. If you take the time to listen I believe you will agree. Pastor Hatfield helps us "enter in" and understand the culture at the time.
Great Sermon! This is one of the most powerful sermons I've ever heard. I was convicted that I had closed my heart to an individual when all I wanted to do was blast them with accusations of how they had "hurt" me with their actions all the while justifying myself. I struggled in prayer to understand why I couldn't "let it go" and why I was so angry knowing that my thoughts and actions were not allowing Christ to shine through. The realization that my heart was closed with pride hit me like a punch in the gut. I thank God for giving me a broken and contrite heart through this powerful, life changing message. Thank you Lord for answering my prayer.
A Chain Reaction I was there to hear this sermon in person, and afterward, I can tell you, it really set off a chain reaction in the church, many people were huddling and praying together, and God was glorified. Listen up if you want to hear a truly important message.
I have worked very sporadically transcribing video clips and I loved this work. If there is anything for general transcription open to be done from home I am very interested. I stay home so my hours would be flexible. I am a diligent and accurate typist. Please let me know if you or any other employ transcriptionists? Thank you.
