Are we to believe Abramic church ceased before the gentile was included making the promise null and void.How preposterous. Romans 11' 17-24. Was the old uprooted. We're we not grafted in. Forgive me dear Baptist friends,from disagreeing with you,but seeing as you claim to be true church ,please modify your language. The Reformers and Puritans and countless Martyrs were not led by the Devil, but mightily by the Holy Spirit.

Did not our Saviour take the infants in His arms,and blessed them. They were circumcised covenant children. Was not circumcision emblematic of the same spiritual graces now signified by baptism.Circumcision was commanded by GOD,and applied to all infant males. Of GOD,s people.Is the baptism of infants a parallel sacrament or seal.Most instances of Churches were Christianised Synagogues. One overlapped the other.There was not a sudden cutting of the old,but rather a splicing.There is no evidence of the Jewish parent denied the same GOD given privileges ,in the N t church ,which was graciously granted to them by the same covenant GOD.The covenant was not abolished.We are still the seed of Abraham ,the father of the faithful,the true Isreal of God. ROMANS 4--16,,17

Some years ago,I did my study on Galation 1-16.It pleased GOD to reveal His Son in me On arriving at the church where I was to preach, it was the E.S.V that was the version in the pulpit,which I respected. I was taken by surprise when reading the chapter it read " to reveal His Son to me".I value and trust the K.J.A.V.There is a vast difference between "To"and "In.

.I do not expect a visit from any of the miserable comforters who regularly contribute to these columns.I was in prison and you visited me,I was hungry and you gave me to eat.When Lord---. Please dwell on the subject, brethren,and if you cannot ,refrain from comment. Pure religion and inefficiencies GOD and the Father is this.To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction,and to keep himself unspotted from the world.To have fellowship and worship with the house bound in the Lord, spirituality nourishes the soul. It no doubt falls within the covenant of grace.Faith without works is dead. Light your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Blessed King James Version, how I love you. The hounds are after you seeking to Mar your contribution to Christ,s beloved church. How the reformers and martyrs loved you. You were witness ,as they were put TO fire and sword. Your beautiful language gives great joy to countless souls.To hear the Saints quote you from memory is melody to the soul. And all these revivals! You do not claim perfection,but our beloved LORD used you as in the proclamation of the Gospel to bring many Sons to glory. They say you do fit in to the modern setup.You tell them to look up Jeremiah 6- 16. May the Lord bless all versions,but as for me and my soul we will be faithful to you, Blessed KJAV.

A blessing to hear such an exposition of Scripture. There have been many revivals in Isle of Lewis, where I come from. I remember the 1949 + revival. I was a teenager then, but not converted at that time. Both my wife and I were greatly encouraged by this sermon .

I read a book many years ago, which I found difficult to believe.It was titled MARIA MONK. Sadly what has been revealed to us in recent years confirms the awful abuses which took place in this religious order.Reformation history should be taught from our pulpits to remind our present generation how much we owe to the Reformers,
.Surely no office could be so false as that of a pope. I do not say this with any malice,but sad that so many are deluded by their false claims,and seem unconvinced by scandal after scandal which makes headlines.

I managed to find John Blanchard,s book " Pop goes the Gospel"in my library and broused through it. I quote extract page 246."A youth group recently pleaded with us to include a rock band in an evangelistic mission because " if we get a band it will make it easier for people to be saved". This book was written as they witnessed the music taking the lead in worship. In many churches it is not worship without being first entertained by ill-clad youth.They are not to blame, but the leadership who have allowed it. I love music, especially ,,, singing.The church of GOD has always had music,and worship would be lacking without singing psalms hymns and spiritual songs to the Lord ,and making melody in our hearts.For those who may be concerned in witnessing rock music perhaps in your own church I recommend this book ,which I notice can be purchased for pennies.

G s Texas wants to know if there any resources on the occult in the music industry. JOHN BLANCHARD wrote an excellent book on this subject many years ago, called Pop goes the gospel.It is an excellent book and well worth reading.

By Grace are you saved though faith ,and that not of yourself,it is the gift of GOD. I notice a preacher has preached a full sermon on apostate super star Katy Perry,to add to his already 2,238 sermons. The church of our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is not without her super stars,
I pray he did so with tears,seeing as he is preacher to the lost. I did not listen to Kevin Swansons sermon in final judgment on this most confused young woman,but to judge her an apostate. LORD I am ready to go with you,both into prison,and to death. And he said ,I tell you Peter the cocktail shall not crow this day before you shall deny three times that you know .

Father give me the share of the property that is coming to me. Not many days later the younger son gathered all that he had and took a journey into a far country, and there he squandered his property in reckless living. No doubt the parents of this young girl are broken hearted,as are many who see their children leave home,and make shipwreck of their upbringing. She is not out of reach of their prayers.I left home like the prodigal as a young lad to do national service,and fell into riotous living.
The prayers and tears of a godly mother followed me. She did not live to see my conversion, There is hope for this foolish young lady yet.
