“ Great Sermon! ” this sermon is so timely for me. It really gives great help for me. I am so blessed to hear this sermon. I must be sober to be vigilant. I need to be prayerful always to God for He will give me power to resist the devil with its temptation.I should not listen to the roar of lion devil but I should listen to the Lion of Judah in 1 Corinthians 10:13. “ Great Sermon! ” I have learned through this sermon that:* We should avoid the temptation to read the word of God in a short period of time or very quickly and miss the memorable truth.
*Judaism practices are is earthly focus
*Christianity practices are heavenly focus
*Christ is the fullness and finality and the fulfillment of the revelation of God
* God spoke in the old testament through prophets but in the new testament He spoke through Christ.
* Very important to know that Jesus Christ is the son of God.
* Only the Son that is the rightful heir to all things that is of God the Father.
* As we identify with the Son of God, we become joint heir with Christ.
“ Great Sermon! ” This is great sermon! Our doctrine really matters most particularly our belief in the Gospel. This sermon is a rebuke to those who are ministering the word of God with wrong motives, satisfying worldly desires and blind that leading the blind.
To God be the Glory! for the sound doctrine we have received.
“ Great Sermon! ” These are some things that I have learned and treasured from this sermon:
Judgment may not come in a height of sin.
Lesser evil is not going to in anyway a scape of consequences from God. Actual events of Judgment may come when things are not as bad in relative sense.
Israel had forsaken God and ignored His guidance and correction. So God finally stop actively protecting them.
A desire to be like a world or loving the the world like what Israel did will be the cause of compromising and will lead to forsaking God.
Unless we love the Lord supremely, we will not be able to love our children,spouse and fellowmen.
When God brings judgment, He must first send warnings.
If we vow to nothingness(idols), we will become nothing.
When we begin to worship true God in a false way(own way),we will end up worshiping false God.
God doesn't accept worship that is not in accordance with His word.
Today, what is true takes second place of what we enjoy and like and feel good.
Biblical Christian must worship base on what God declares.
“ Great Sermon! ” These are what I have learned from this sermon:
Glorious high throne is always be the place of our sanctuary.
God cannot be contain in a building. Worship is done in the spirit through faith.
Without the spirit no one pleases the Lord.
Sowing and reaping principle.
All those who forsake the Lord shall be ashamed.
We are all sinners. If we believe in Jesus Christ and confess our sins, we will not be ashamed.
“ Great Sermon! ” Having respect to the recompense of the reward will have:
1.Power to occupy the mind for good.(2 Cor.4;15-16)
2.Power to carry us through suffering.
(V.17)
3.Power to lessen the things of this
world.(2 Cor. 4:18)
4.Power to resist Satan.(Eph.6:11)
5 Power to cleansed ourselves from
sin.(1 John 3:2)
6.Power to sympathize with suffering
believers(Heb.10:34)
Application:
Warning:
A failure to follow Moses and spiritual things leads to apostasy.
(Phil. 3:17) (2Tim.4:10)
Exhortation:
Keep your mind much in heaven.
Dreadful sinfulness turn us away from the such a reward.(Heb.10:29)(Heb.2:3)
Eye given against sin.
Marvelous part is to see and understand the counsel and will of God
The believers shalllike Moses and shall see the face of God and be like Christ.(Rev.22:4)(1John 3:2)

Moses had a steadfast mental gaze.Refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter for he had respect the recompense the his reward.His mind set for eternity
There is a reward for Gods people.
1.Real to the believers
2.Those who are gone before us look
to this things.
Rewards are like:
1.They are beyond our imagination.We know only a part or something.
2.They are glory and wonders of heaven.
3.The company we shall be in.
4. The central attraction is God.

5.The beauty of saints in heaven.
