This is an open letter to you folks who post (spew) your vitriolic hate on each news item on this site in a continuous stream of vomit. (Those who stay on topic and keep a civil tongue know that your posts are rarely seen because of these immature individuals.) You others never discuss the news item, but rather use it as a forum for your inane, inept, foolish comments that are seriously calculated to keep non-Christians as far away as possible from God. Considering all this, it is a wonder that the site owner doesn't block everyone from posting anything until he approves it. So far you have shown clearly your hind parts, both cheeks dripping with crud slimed from the Pit, in your attacks on Falwell and now Kennedy. Fortunately, you could not say a word about Robert Webber who died a few weeks ago simply because his obituary wasn't posted here. And just in case you think that I am going to read your comments to my post, think again. And do not come crying to me for a drop of water to cool your tongue...
I invite you to read the editorial "All God’s Children" by James M. Kushiner & David Mills in the latest edition of Touchstone magazine. (No, that article is not online; you'll actually have to touch paper!!) I see by the comments that most of the responders have no clue that many nation's birthrates have declined almost to the point of extinction in the past few decades because of immorality and other factors.
I read the article from the link in the SermonAudio newsletter because it sounded interesting. I agree with the others who've posted here! The amount of ignorance in the transcription, bad grammar, and foul language causes me to be glad that I do not watch this kind of television show. Come to think of it, I don't watch any TV show that has a "host" voluntarily. (In the USA, if you've seen GMA or Kathy Lee or even turn on "morning radio," then you know what the term "beyond stupid" means.) If this is an example of regular "conversation" on a supposedly serious discussion show then the advertisers are truly wasting their money.
Hey 8995: Well, your thinking has been skewed since you learned that false teaching. Jesus arose on the FIRST day, not the Jewish Sabbath. Perhaps if you read your Study Bible's notes, you'd realize this.
Non-Christians always complain about the foolishness of this world...and one can see how foolish they are as they show excitment about a ball sliding down a pole at midnight. What a joy it will be knowing that Christians everywhere will be in church on New Year's Eve praying for God's will to be made manifest in the coming year. At least we understand reality. God bless you all!
