BrotherDon wrote: David Wilkerson is a false teacher who is attacking the sufficiency of scripture. God did not tell him those things. God is not giving any new words to anyone today outside of holy scripture. The Bible is complete and sufficient. Revelation 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: BrotherDon, how could you know, or confirm that God did not speak to Pastor David Wilkerson, if you were not with him? Furthermore, how could you know or confirm that when the prophets spoke God's Word of forewarning, they were actually hearing from God? Please read Amos 3:7. Pastor David Wilkerson has done neither of these things regarding your reference to Revelation 22:18, neither adding to, or taking away from Scripture. He is simply sounding an alarm, warning people to prepare for God's judgment, unbelievers - repent and believe in the Gospel, Christians - dig deeper into the Word and prayer. A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself, but the simple pass on and are punished. Proverbs 22:3. |

Great Sermon! Very encouraging sermon by Pastor Mark Chappell. It definitely is a great fire-starter to watch and listen to, just before going out to evangelize. I wish more pastors would preach this way, with a passion and burden for the lost, rather than seeking to please them with a positive, feel-good, purpose driven speeches, because PDC pastors don't preach sermons, they give motivational/inspirational speeches. |

Great Sermon! I'm glad I'm not the only one who recognizes the error of Joel Osteen's half-hearted teaching. Charles Spurgeon said, "If the Lord's bearing of our sin for us is not the gospel, then I have no gospel to preach." Joel Osteen certainly does not preach the Lord's bearing of our sin. |
