Did not Peter say We ought to obey God rather than men. Acts 5:29?
That is applicable to simply preaching about Jesus. The commandments of our Protestant Pope Obama and the many Caesar's with him and under him are to be obeyed for they are servants of God.

Praise Romans 13 and the electric chair for all heretics!

We must happily support the moneychangers and their script for they are Caesars as well, being they control us with their mighty power.

Praise Romans 13, the sword, the moneychangers, and the Protestant Reformation!

Hopefully these new taxes and changes will be repealed as soon as most of the people responsible are voted out.
I say they will be soon.
You are an evildoer. Stop whining and tithe to man's kingdom or the wrath of Caesar and his disciples will fall upon you, for he and they are God's ordained servants.

Praise Romans 13 and the Protestant Reformation!

We are happy to give any amount of our earnings to Caesar(s) and his kingdom, for obedience to man and his commandments is obedience to God. Whosoever doeth otherwise or whines about doing so therefore doeth evil, and is a heretic and worthy of punishment with the sword of steel.

Praise Romans 13!

I'm starting to wonder what is going to happen when more taxes are required than there is income. I'm not being political, just noticing a trend in the system of government. There's talk of adding a European VAT on top of income tax. At some point, the amount of money the government needs is going to exceed the amount of money that people earn. What happens when 100% of all income is taken by the government? What do they do next? (We may effectively already be at this point with deficit spending.)
It doesn't matter even if we must pay 110% of our rewards earned for our labor, because God will take care of us through his ordained Caesar. Whosoever whines about it is a heretic and an evildoer and therefore worthy of action taken by Caesar with his sword!

Praise Romans 13 and the inspired, inerrant NASB!

Again, Romans 13 1-4 does not allow for evil government, no matter how often put forth. Quite the opposite. These powers are ordained with authorized purpose, given in verses 3&4. Why is this not plain?
No Romans does not allow for evil government, but King Caesar is good. He creates his own laws which determine good and evil, and Christians must obey them. To obey God is to obey man and all his commandments, studying deeply at the Law libraries and meditating upon man's Law day and night. The Roman church had this right, just had some problems with idolatry though. The Protestants have done better with their system.

I'll assume you're posting tongue-in-cheek. (I have to. No one could be so oblivious) But, on the off chance you're not joking, you're posting rubbish, and you need re-read Romans 13. Try to find in there where Caesar can do what he wants, good or evil. Good luck.
I re-read Romans 13 in God's authorized NASB and couldn't even find Caesar in the passages, though it's much easier to read into Romans 13 and assume that God is speaking about Caesar (past, present, future) in the correctly translated NASB, because God's uninspired KJV isn't so clear on the matter.

We're all sinners so even King Caesar, or the US Pope if you will, can do bad things, but Christians are not commanded to judge him and disobey him. He's our leader on earth.

Hmm. Does this mean the president is not in subjection, since he resists the authority of the law of the land, under which he is bound?
No he is not. He is King Caesar and Christians must obey him. If they obey him they obey God. Just like obeying the pope. US Presidents are kinda like Protestant popes. US Presidents may also be called the vicar of Christ.

The book of Romans was written to Christians not heathen, so King Caesar can do as he pleases, as he is God ordained, and Christians must do what he saith. If they don't they are heretics.

1Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.

2Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves.

3For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same;

4for it is a minister of God to you for good. But if you do what is evil, be afraid; for it does not bear the sword for nothing; for it is a minister of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil.

5Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for conscience' sake.

6For because of this you also pay taxes, for rulers are servants of God, devoting themselves to this very thing.

7Render to all what is due them: tax to whom tax is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.

Hmm. Would that be the German Caesar who wants them to come back and give Caesar their children, or the Judge Caesar who granted them amnesty, or the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency Caesar, which wants them to go back? If Caesar is divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand?
The German Caesar deserves submission.

These other Caesars are phonies.
