Great Sermon! Thank you so much! What you've said has incited me to write to my daughter, as a fellow sister in Christ to glorify our Lord, not the enemy.
I am ready for the rebuttal from the flesh, but God's glory and Holiness must be feared.
Great Sermon! You've touched on something that has puzzled me for quite sometime; the worthless or foolish shepherd God will raise in the land (erets) the land meaning Israel or from a gentile nation. Zechariah 11:16-17
Could this foolish or worthless shepherd be Jewish? Also in light of what Jesus has said in John 5:43
I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
Is it possible the Jewish people would only look for a Jewish messiah, and not a gentile?
Great Sermon! Thank you for this insightful message. I'd begun looking into these passages because of our Lord mentioning in Matthew 24:37-39, Luke 17:26-27; As in the days of Noah,I began to ponder, what were they specifically doing in the days of Noah? Lord, were You making reference to all that went on? Are we to literally expect the same things which occurred then could happen again?
As God led me to study certain passages which pertain to the subject matter, I found Jesus does not have to mince His words, He speaks with authority and truth, I believe Jesus is warning us, history will repeat herself.
Great Sermon! I really appreciate your teachings, God has given you much insight into what's going on even in the church today.
When you read 1 Corinthians 10:20,21 I was reminded of when I belonged to the PCUSA and their ritualistic nonsense taken from Babylon; celebration of Ash Wednesday and lent (I'd always refused the ashes) not only them but Baptists have fallen into the nonessential ritualistic pit.
There are many churches becoming bed fellows with demons and they try and cover it up by saying, we're just remembering what the Lord went through as He suffered on earth.
If only they'd search the scripture and they'd find God is holy and He never allowed Israel to partner with pagans in their rituals, that was not tolerated.
Even the Church is commanded, Be ye holy, for I am Holy.
We have certainly left our first love.
Great Sermon! Dear Brother,
I thank God for your outstanding message from God. I've never heard such powerful Spirit-filled anointed preaching from a Presbyterian church in my life.
I thank the Lord for the vision He has given you. Keep preaching His eternal word.
I've come out of a PCUSA church as you well know that is an apostate church and I thank God from delivering me out of the depth of darkness, I worked there as a minister of music, I've never really believed much that was spouted from the pulpit, but it was the Lord's doing to grow me up in my walk with Him.
I know that there is a distinct difference between PCA and PCUSA and your distinction comes by being evangelical, Amen.
God is great in all of His ways. Be encouraged.
What A Blessing! Dr. Lawrence,
God bless you for blessing my soul! I've never thought I'd receive such a wonderful study in 37 minutes, I expressed to myself , 'how is he going to cover this study in 37 minutes?'
By God's goodness not only did you cover it succinctly but it encouraged my heart to praise God for His wonderful plan of salvation and His infallible truth; His word.
I don't understand why the average Sunday go to meetings preacher escapes so much of the rich yet to be fulfilled prophecy concerning our Lord and His irrevocable promises to Israel.
The Lord's promises to Israel should be an encouragement to us of His faithfulness.
Thank you so much for letting God use you, I concurred with everything you've taught. AMEN,AMEN!
Great Sermon! Dr. Farrell,
I love what you're doing with God's word, preaching it to the max! In other words the whole council of God!
You are absolutely right, there are not many who are preaching hell.
One pastor told me he didn't want to be to harsh on his people and he later told me everyone under his pastorship he believed would all go to heaven.. I knew he was delusional and lost.
Great Sermon! The best explanation of this passage I've ever heard, thank you.
When I first partially listened to your commentary on the book of Revelation, I was convinced I must listen to this man's sermons in their entirety, so God lead me to Sermon Audio and I saw the whole series on the book that I dearly love. Why? Because of the sincerity in your voice, there is a certain quality in the tone or timbre of your voice that expresses a genuine love for our Lord, that my Brother what's got me on board as a student.
Great Sermon! Pastor Lawson I've heard your sermon on the Shack and I am a black woman who was not offended by truth.
What you've said in your message was what most people don't want to hear; truth.
I say God bless you brother continue to preach and teach the truth because the strong delusion is upon us.
Great Sermon! I thank God for your sermon my heart was so convicted by your honesty in the confession of your sin nature, my sin nature, all of us who hurt because we hurt God.
I understand the seriousness of walking in the newness of life, but as you know our sin nature will remind us of that which needs to be fully redeemed and I am looking forward to that blessed day.
I thank God for your ministry this day, I needed this so very badly and others do to.
