Geff, I love you and I appreciate your comments. But may I humbly recomend you go about taking these people on in a slightly more pleasant way? I agree with the heart of what you said, because I believe it to be true, but perhaps you should have said it in a nicer way? Again, I love you as a brother in Christ. Have a blessed day.
Ron Paul's one to talk. He would privately push pork and make sure others would support it, and then when the vote came around, he would vote against it (knowing others would vote for it) so he could have a "clean" record. Of course that little factoid may not sit well with the Ron Paul zombies!
Matthew 20:25 But Jesus called them to him and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. 26 It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, 28 even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”---ESV A Christian would automatically exclude himself from such offices as President
These verses are clearly not teaching that Christians cannot be in leadership positions. Otherwise, Daniel, David, and many other people in the Bible would not be counted among the saved either, which is clearly untrue. What is being taught is that those who choose to become leaders ("whoever would be great among you") must be servant leaders ("must be your servant"). It's that plain and simple. You, on the other hand, seem to not care about that since it's been brought up to you before.

We are currently headed towards judgement, but if we follow 2 Chronicles 7:14, then God may spare us as he has before. Prayer is a powerful weapon. We must also reach people with the Gospel message. How can we effectively do that if we support a pro-abort? Is he a pro-abort now?
Yes he is. He said on the campaign trail that Planned Parenthood does "wonderful things", and he just recently said the abortion laws are set and they shouldn't be changed. In other words: I won't change any of the laws regarding abortion as President, and I won't act to save the lives of unborn children.
That will disappear in a Trump presidency... We must pray our brothers and sisters won't be swept away and blinded by people like Trump. Trump (for some unknown reason seeing as he's a pervert), seems to be popular among Christians. Too many people are voting out of fear, anger, ignorance, and selfishness. They only care about what will make them feel safe, not what the effects of their actions will be on other people. Not aiming that at anyone, just saying what I have seen in some Trump supporters. The guy is even worse than Obama, and that's saying something! He has slept around with more women, had more devorces, used more vile language, and encouraged more violence. When will Christians wake up and figure out they cannot support such a man?

Good comments TMC and 2 Tim 3:16! I hope penned will answer the questions you and Geff have raised. It beats me how someone can say we are the ones asking them to go to the left, when she's the one running to the candidate who funds abortion, funds leftists liberal politicians, and believes government should control healthcare (I.e. a single-payer system, the type that's catastrophicaly failed all around the world), education, and housing! Are those not leftist positions? Some people manbage to defy all logic. We criticize Obama for Obamacare (rightly so), yet we're going to embrace an even worse system the hardened socialists have been advocating for for decades? Come on, who's been serving out coolaid?!
Pennelope wrote: ...the neocon evangelicals are like a b movie in its 10th sequel, how many battering rams to your way of life to see the globalist agenda being accepted through trickery?
Yah, so if you're really so concerned about "neocon evangelicals" falling for stuff, then maybe you should lead by example and not fall for a neocon! That clearly is what Trump is! While you answer Geff's question about Trump's support of Planned Parenthood, perhaps you should answer another question: how do you feal you can get away with lying, and then calling people neocons when Donald J. Trump is the only candidate that fits every definition of a neocon like a hand to a glove?! How can you moan and complain about vaccines, comparing them to abortion (the intentional murder of a child), while you support the only candidate endorsed by the guy calling for forced vaccines (Ben Carson)?!
From the headline: A recent YouGov poll asked Americans whether they think that a person who “supports legal abortion is a good Christian or not,” with 33 percent of respondents answering affirmatively. On the flip side, 41 percent responded that such a stance does not make a person a so-called “good Christian.” While 52 percent of liberal Christians embraced the notion that support for legal abortion makes someone a good Christian, only 30 percent of moderate Christians and 17 percent of conservative Christians agreed. Perhaps most notable is the notion that conservative Christians are the most likely — 62 percent — to say that support for abortion makes someone “not a good Christian.” ... If 41 percent of Christians actually believe that, then they shouldn't support Trump
Isn't there an FBI hotline we can call for freaks like Nonprivelaged, Cruz fanatic, and SuperDumb...? Sorry SuperDumb... but what you just posted is down right freaky! Anyone feel like we just entered the Twilight Zone?
Nonprivelaged, "What did your father tell you?". "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all". Perhaps your moniker ought to be "I Apologize for the Mean Thing I Just Said". I would rather be guilty of "appologizing" then being a heartless dweeb who never apologizes! But of course you're the same dweeb that said Geff deserved the death threats he's received because "sometimes it takes such language to rattle the truth into people"!
P.S. T. Dawlish also wrote: According to his father and Huch, Ted Cruz is anointed by God to help Christians in their effort to “go to the marketplace and occupy the land … and take dominion” over it." http://www.religionnews.com/2016/02/04/ted-cruzs-campaign-fueled-dominionist-vision-america-commentary/
That claim about Cruz's father is an absolute lie, and anyone who watched the original, unedited version of that video knows it is!
T. Dawlish wrote: It is only a matter of time before Cruz assumes the role of the Old Testament prophet Elijah and tries to cast down fire from heaven to destroy the “prophets of Baal” who oppose his campaign.
That's ridiculous! Cruz does not think he's Elijah or comparable to any other prophet!
